So these are pretty great for 2 main things:
1. Comfort: I can wear these all day and not have any issues. The headphones I use for other reasons in the past would start to bother me after an hour either because they would be in my ear canals and cause discomfort, or they would be squeezing my head and cause headache. These don't do either of those things, so the comfort is 10/10
2. Battery Life: I don't actually know how long these last because I havent had one die on me while I was using it for over a day. I charge them in the case, and I change the case about once every few days. Havent had an issue in the 3 weeks Ive been using them.
You arent going to get the best sound quality, and the controls are a bit weird to get used to for skipping tracks or pausing the music, but they definitely won't fall off even if you were running a marathon or climbing a mountain, which I use these for. They stay securely in place, which is nice. You stay aware of your surroundings which is a huge bonus for me personally, but you do sacrifice some sound quality because of it, but thats a worthy trade off in my opinion.

I am the type of person who will always try new technology as it starts to come out. I have bought so many pairs of headphones, from Apple, Beats, Samsung, JBL, LG, Logitech, and even Shokz. My constant purchase has stemmed from not always liking the headphones, but they always did the job in that typical moment in time. Since starting to make some changes to my daily routine, I really needed some reliable headphones, but I did not want to spend so much money on new headphones when I have some that will "do the job." BUT, when I saw these headphones, they definitely caught my attention. I have always been a fan of the bone conduction headphones. However, because I know I have a big head and can admit it, the Shokz that wrapped around my head did not fit well. I felt restricted when I moved my head. These headphones have definitely changed the game. The comfort and stability of connection is absolutely amazing! The sound is phenomenal as well. I will also say this, don't expect too much of the bass to come from these. That is something I did set my expectations for, but they did exceed my expectations nevertheless. I currently have them paired with my Galaxy Watch 6 and they work great on there when I'm wanting to make a quick run or workout and don't want to take my phone with me. Ideally, I charge them every night in the case because I do use them all day. They give me the ability to listen to music very comfortable while still being able to engage in conversation with others around me. But if I want to not engage, I will just turn the volume up and to me they still sound comfortable and not overbearing. A good way to summarize my experience, think of like you are going grocery shopping at the store and you hear the store music just playing throughout the atore. Well that is what these headphones feel like honestly but like a private party in your head. Overall, these headphones are truly remarkable and I think they were definitely worth the investment for me!

These headphones are really good especially for listening to podcasts or TikTok’s and even YouTube. You can listen to stuff and hear if someone if they call you. The only issue I found is with music with bass in it now if you have them at a low volume for bass music they sound good but if you turn it up it instantly sounds like a blown out speaker until you turn it down again. But honestly these have great sound quality especially for everything else. I mostly use mine in the office and I can listen to podcasts and still hear everything going on around me so overall I recommend them but just know if you’re looking for something with a lot of bass I would not go with these.

I purchased the Shokz OpenFit Open-Ear True Wireless Earbuds in beige two months ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! These earbuds are incredibly light, making them perfect for all-day use. I barely notice that I’m wearing them, which is a huge plus for me. An added benefit is that I can use them comfortably with my glasses, without any discomfort or interference. The sound quality is exceptional, with clear audio that enhances my listening experience. Whether I’m listening to music, podcasts, or taking calls, the clarity is top-notch. I was so impressed with these earbuds that I decided to buy two more pairs for my husband and my daughter. They both love them just as much as I do! These earbuds have become a favorite in our household. Overall, the Earbuds offer outstanding comfort and sound quality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality audio experience.

These earbuds surprised me so much. I am a huge fan of Apple products but the airpods never stayed in my ears. I am not a fan of eartips nor the pain and slippage that they cause daily for me. I have smaller ears and these work perfectly. They don’t go in your ears, but softly rest on them instead. They’re very comfortable and I can sometimes forget having them on at times. The sound was impressive to me. For a pair of open earbuds, I expect to hear some outside noise, but these are great for calls and music. Some people said that they do not sound well with bass punching music such as hip-hop, but I disagree. I get a great quality sound that is expected with a pair of open earbuds. Overall, I love these and this is going to be a pair of earbuds that I can hopefully keep for a long time.

Great pair of open ear headsets. Ive tried several openear design and have been eagerly waiting and apprpach that couples the earphpne design and the open ear design. This is a great start to that. With that being siad there are a few issues i noted but kverall these are great devices for outdoors and situational awareness while enjoying music or audio.
Pros:
- awareness of your surrounding
- great sound quality for an open ear design
- dont sit inside your ear canal, no vacuum suctions feel or sweatiness from this
- dual ear piece can work independently
- long battery life (approx. 7hrs each)
- stability, over ear design give better piece of mind they wont fall off while active
- no strap behind the head making it easier to lay down or rest your head while wearing
Cons:
- the case has issues turning off bluetooth at times. So the earbuds will sometimes connect while in the case. Ive noticed this mpstly when i have them in my pockets. Big flaw that needs to be addressed.
- there are only 4 programmable touch buttons. They can be customized but are extremely limited. Expect to use the device theyre connect to for muting, there is no progrmmabble mute button

Buy them. Quit reading other reviews, quit looking at other similar products, just take the plunge and get these. **because you can return them if you do not like them**
So, I love these headphones for soooo many reasons. Comfort is my primary need, followed by situational awareness, and lastly sound quality.
Autistic- I am very VERY sensitive to touch, especially prolonged touch. Like the other reviews, I forget I am wearing them occasionally. You have to be patient and figure out your own proper fit when wearing these, and there is a slight learning curve to putting them on, such as the need to take glasses off before putting them on. Physically, they are beautifully balanced and I am not too bothered by vibrations from louder songs. The texture of the headphones is just fine and it doesn't tangle in my hair or pull. I also use music when I am stimming (every human stims, autistic people just put their own flair to it) and these bad boys have survived some funky head banging!
Hyperacusis- these have a very nice sound, I can hear things with these that I cant with other headphones, different notes and instruments. An added bonus is sometimes I wear these without music playing because they block sharp sounds from directly hitting my ears. I am also able to have better phone conversations with less irritability because the voices aren't harsh and the audio is clear
PTSD- You got the tissues, 'cuz I got the issues! Minimizing humor aside, situational awareness is very important to me, if I feel like I can't hear I feel unsafe. The situational awareness of these makes it seem like you're in the car with the radio playing. It is also great because I have three kids and can only listen to the nature cat theme song so many times before my brain starts flipping breakers, so to speak.
I have terrible ADHD (autism is a spectrum disorder because when you're autistic, you don't just have autism!) so I apologize for any incomplete thoughts.

I purchased the SHOKZ OPEN FIT earbuds on Jan 27th, 2024. I had never heard of this brand before but was looking for something that did not go into the ear. I have had those type of ear devices previously and after long wear periods, my ears begin to ache and itch and get very irritated. Unfortunately, these are a daily need for me in my line of work and I wanted to look into other options that offer some noise canceling vs. purchasing the dreaded full sized headphones. Honestly, the one thing I was worried about after purchasing these, was whether others would hear what I was hearing when these were at a higher volume if they were sitting near or next to me, but amazingly, they cannot! Even though the store let me try the demo pair prior to purchasing, sometimes you want to believe things to be what they are not and sometimes things are not what they appear to be. I am extremely impressed by the clarity and sound but most of all, the noise canceling feature these provide! I actually have to remove one when others are trying to talk to me if they are not in my meeting or call! These sit just over the ear, not in it! I absolutely love these and would recommend them to anyone but especially those that have to wear these devices for extended periods daily and or have sensitive ears. These are perfect for you! They have cancelled out all the noise of the many people in my busy background to where I do not hear them nor do the ones I am on the call/meeting with hear any noise and equally the same just sitting next to another person in a quieter environment! Battery life lasts all day for me 13+ hours. I do keep charged when not using. Definitely worth the cost and actually a little cheaper than the common name brands. They even have an APP to install, if you want, to be able to adjust the equalizer and other features these offer! They are also just as great with out the APP too! That’s just a bonus if you ask me! Go try these for yourself and tell me I am wrong! I am an 80+ hour a week wearer here!

I work construction so I started with the opencomm and love it so much because i can continue working without having to worry about some earbuds blocking sound and causing a safety issue. The problem i was having is with the band going behind the head was that it didnt fit well with a hardhat and the openfit completely solves that issue! Also with the weight of the band it would hurt the top of my ear after 2 to 3 hours of wearing it. These headphones are so lightweight that i forgot that i was wearing them. The main thing im keeping an eye on is that these headphones are not bone conducting like other shokz headphones. It uses dirrectional sound so there are opening for the sound to travel. The opencomm had no opening so i was not worried about sweat ruining them and trust me i tested it. The opening on the openfit gives me some concern that it will eventually cause issues with sweat getting in there. The charging case feels great and the magnet that holds it closed feels very strong but because the case is fairly large the hinges on the lid doesnt feel as secure as it could be. Breaking the lid from side to side is a concern for sure.

Awesome piece of technology. The sound quality is great and can drown out noise if you need it, or can allow you to hear what is going on around you. Easy to set up and control through the app, and the multi-device pairing is a great feature. They charge fast in the holding case, and have really good battery life.

Nice product and they stay in place. They're lightweight and don't hurts my ears like others did, since they sit on the outside of my ears.I have bought Apple, Beats, Samsung and Shokz bone and now Shokz-openFit. I love then cause I can wear them at work and not to worry about some earbuds blocking my surrounding sounds and causing a safety issue. The only imperfections are the touch feature is too sensitive & the case could've been better and integrated wireless charging. So far no regrets I highly recommend this product.

All of the in-ear headphones I've tried have never felt comfortable for me, they felt like I was jamming a foreign object in my ear canal, which would inevitably fall out regardless.
I remember having buds a long time ago that just sat on the outside of the ear. Those were comfortable enough really, but poor sound quality and fell out often.
Then I had pixel buds, which were not the worst comfort-wise, but they fell out a lot and I eventually lost them somewhere. Next was JPL endurance around-ear ear buds, which made them stay on but wow I had to return them because they were so uncomfortable for me.
So now I have the Shokz open-ear ear buds. They are the best ones I've had by far, they stay in and are more comfortable than the rest. I also wanted to hear surroundings to some degree (if I didn't, I'm not sure why I'd choose ear buds over headphones...), so these are a win for that.
Another thing I hated about the JPL headphones was the robot voice/assistant telling me whenever the speakers are connected and other events. I don't want my ear buds talking to me randomly thank you, and these Shokz are very respectful (no robot voice).
Sound quality is way better than I expected too, highly recommend!

We've had these earbuds for a good couple of months and they are super comfortable. Sometimes, I forget that I'm wearing them. Sound quality is OK. It's not horrible but it's not crisp and clean either. For open earbuds, it does drown out noise if you have the volume up pretty higher, otherwise, you can hear your surroundings well when the volume is down at an appropriate level. The battery life on these sre actually pretty amazing. I can listen to music or watch videos for a good couple of hours before getting a warning to charge them. And you don't need both in your ears to listen so if you switch back and forth, they last a lot longer. The only downside to these is if you lose them somewhere around the house, unless you love cleaning, you'll never find them. They don't have the "find me" feature so if you drop them somewhere or lose them, you won't be able to find them. My only con that I can think for these. Otherwise, they're great!!

The first few days may result in some ear fatigue but I quickly was used to it. Im told I sound far away on phone calls, with either one or both. Sound quality is good, bass is a little lacking. Not bad and definitely excellent for something not in the ear. People can hear what youre listening to if youre at high volumes or if they aren't seated properly. Customizable touch controls is nice, wish there were more. Battery life is excellent I make it through 90% of a 10 hour day with constant audio. The case charges the headphones SUPER fast but only has 2-3 charges until it needs charged. Overall great headphones but try to catch them on sale. If you see them for $150 or less, snatch them up.

Love these Open fit Earbuds. I wear them all the time. Very comfortable, I forget I have them on. At work, I can wear one earbud while working. I can answer my phone or listen to music without any issues. People do not even know I have one on.

I’ve tried a lot of headphones and earpieces, but these are by far my favorite. I’ve had AirPods and several over-ear headphones, and even the Shokz OpenRun Pros, but these have all of my favorite features and none of the drawbacks. They’re super comfortable to wear, have decent audio quality (but I’m no audiophile, I’ll admit), work well on calls, have great battery life, allow for me to still be aware of my surroundings, and the charging case makes them even better than the OpenRun version. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love these headphones! The sound quality is great and they are very comfortable to wear. I forget that I have them on at times. These are perfect for the office setting where I need to be able to hear what’s going on at times, but also can listen to my favorite music and podcasts. Batter life is also excellent. I charge the case once a week and it keeps me going. Would absolutely purchase again!

I bought these to wear while riding my electric scooter, as I still wanna listen to music but be aware of my surroundings. These sound amazing for not actually being inside the ear, and the EQ can be edited with the app. Rating 4/5 since one thing I would’ve preferred was better controls for pausing and playing (the press and hold option doesn’t always work for me) and for the price, the case material could’ve been better and also include wireless charging

Nice sound quslity for bone conduction ear phones, they are running neck and neck with Beats by Dr Dre pro and power pro beats. If you are hearing impaired or have any issues as such, you definitely wont be dissatisfied with this product. I was sceptical about the purchase, because I usually use inner ear ear phones thinking the sound quality is better, but im glad i purchased them. Using the app also works great for the features available.
