    Unfortunately this is the second time I purchased an iphone from Best Buy as a gift for a family member and the phone was dead out of the box. $150.00 thrown away. My family member waited two weeks to open the phone and that was not a good ideal, because the return period was over and the phone was dead out of the box brand new.
