This was not my 1st purchase. The 1st one i got doesn't display the pictures properly, i get streaks in the middle of the images and returned it. Then i got this. So much better, touch screen and easy to navigate. Pictures and videos are displayed correctly. The purpose of getting this frame was my Pops (fur baby) passed away recently and thought of having 1400 media files (not enough) for me to see every day.

Received an used one. This is not a fair selling from Bestbuy. I never got such an used product in the name of a new one. Wasted amount on getting a refurbished one

I purchased this item to surprise my wife. Upon receiving the item I wrapped it up and gave it to my wife she was so happy she uploaded many pictures, The quality of the photos that were uploaded are amazing this is a wonderful product especially good for Christmas gifts. Thank you for this product I would recommend it to everybody

I like the concept. I really like the number of pictures it holds. I like the adjustments that are available under settings. I do not like the app. I would have thought that it would have mirrored the Frame. I believe all adjustments should be able to be made from the app, but unfortunately all it does is allows you to load the pictures. That in itself is a chore. I would recommend to a friend because of the final outcome only.

Purchased as a gift for my mother , and she loves it . My brother and I downloaded the app and added the frame code and can send photos and videos straight to her frame from our location. My mother is not social media savvy , so this makes for a perfect way to share all them memorial moments from one click . Super easy to use . Will be buying my grandparents one soon , makes for a great gift!!

This was a gift for my parents who have everything. They love it! Extremely easy to set up and they love that they can see what the grandkids are doing. My kids like to share pictures too as well which makes them feel closer. Takes all of 5 minutes to set up and get things going. The APP is ok but I found emailing pictures to be a lot better and easier incase they happen to unplug the unit. The frame is nice but you can also mount it on a wall if you'd like for a smaller footprint.

I purchased this as a gift to my mom. I had purchased two previously and we both love them. I’m not sure about hers but the ones I had purchased before didn’t have a backing so you need to purchase something to hold it up. It wasn’t a big deal as I found some online. It has holes in back if you want to hang it but I don’t think anybody would as it always has to be plugged in for power. I’m able to send photos directly from my phone to the frame. App (for this frame) is ok the reason this doesn’t get a 5 star review.

Purchased this so I could constantly display my pictures rather than have them in a photo album. It also allows my friends and family to send me photos I don't have so I can add them to my collection. The frame is nice - it sits on my mantle over my fireplace. Would recommend this product

I love this frame. It is so easy to operate. I love how it is touch screen and easy to send pictures to it. It literally took me 5 minutes to set up to my wifi and add some pictures. I like how I can receive pics from other people to, just by giving them the picture frame email

This was a Xmas gift for my mom & she loves it!! Now she can stay a lil more connected with family & see the great grand babies. This pandemic is hard but getting new pictures make her so happy & it is so easy for family to send anytime. I highly recommend this item.

Great product! Brought as a gift for grandpa, 3000 miles away. Easy to set up, easy to use app, and I just take pics of the granddaughter and send them and they upload to the frame! Highly recommended.

I bought this for my mom as a Christmas gift. She's not a smartphone user so I needed a way to share family photos with her. Setup was easy. To share photos, I just send the photo to the email address created during setup then it will pop-up in picture frame after a couple of minutes.

Got this as a gift for my parents so all the kids and grandkids can send pictures and videos for them to enjoy. Easy to set up and they enjoy seeing the new images.

So far this is exceeding all expectations...it's easy to use and the app is working well for family members all across the country, bright vibrant screen, only flaw is it has no internal power and must be plugged in all the time

Crystal clear pics, easy to connect to WiFi/set up & do easy to use! Download the app, select pictures & they are on their way to whomever is in the other end of the frame. Had a difficult time changing locations for weather when I set up the gift but it was easily updated be the recipient. Several family members send pictures to the frame from different states. Brilliant gift! Just be sure there is someone able to establish wifi connection on the other end.

Good quality. It does not take 256 gigabyte sd cards. It works great the it plays the videos with sound.

I purchased this for my sister in law who is in a nursing home. Perfect gift to load many old photos for her to enjoy. Other family members can also send photos for her to enjoy.

Got this for grandparents so they could see photos from all the grandkids. It's a decent frame, easy to upload (all via app) and seems sturdy. The only thing I would change is the quality of the photos on the frame aren't the best resolution. But overall good frame if you are looking for something easy for grandparents and easy for multiple ppl to add to the frame from all over the world.

wonderful and easy to use. Holds plenty of pics for great memories. Lot's of fun just deciding which pics to load on it.
