Horrible service and I would never suggest. I was sent for the good ol run around in which the canceled my appointment multiple times without notice scheduled another appointment over a month later and when I arrived they were not even prepared they didn’t not have any of the equipment needed to install on my Buick regal. No resolution just a “sorry can’t do anything” after back and forth with managmant and corporate who all seem to be outsourced I finally just learned how to install everything myself with success! I would NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM THEY DO NOT VALUE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT CARE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU NOR DO THEY COMMUNICATE AMONGST EACH OTHER. Each time I called back even with reference numbers or case numbers I had to repeat myself and due to the lack of care I gave up on BestBuy in a whole. NEVER AGAIN!

They did a very nice job no longer then a hour for instalation both guys hooked my ford focus up..

Excellent installation work and very knowledgeable.

It is easy to make an appointment although they're usually booked out pretty far. Unfortunately, they weren't willing to do any installation on a Tesla.

Agents installed and connected my truck sound system awesomely!
