This game is awesome, So much better than any of the Tony Hawk games, it's not fake like the Tony hawks. As a real skateboarder it actually feels like your doing the tricks. Best skateboarding game ever made. This game is definitely a BUY!

WOW...still speachless, this game is by far the best skate game i have ever played. i love it cause theres no more of those unrealistic 1million piont combos. its nice because your able to get down to the real tricks. the tricks you wanna do in the game then go put 'em on film in real life. like a fakie big flip down an 8 set, or just a simple halpcap flip or frontside flip over a killer gap. the game is so much more fun because you control everything. you actually have to pop out of grinds your self its nice. the only thing that they could have done to make the game better is be able to get off your board. i could go on and on about the sick tricks you could do like a frontside flip to salad..nice. but i wont so if your lookin to get a new game go for skate over any other game you've been think about. get skate first!

The game Skate is very realistic. The way you have to move your thumb is harder than games like Tony Hawk's but it's more fun. The graphics are very realistic. And the game is just like how it would be like in real life.

For new players to this game, it is REALLY HARD to get used to. The tricks are almost unbearable and impossible to learn for newbies. But one you've played enough, you will learn them and become a skate master. FINALLY! A GAME THAT SHOWS WHAT SKATING IS ALL ABOUT FROM A PERSPECTIVE OF A SKATER! GREAT BUY!

This game was a very fun one and i hope many other people liked it as well. the whole story line and the things you can do is also very fun. I would deffinatly reccomend this to any friend.

Tony hawk's games cant touch this one play it for yourself and see, the camera angle is a little hard to adjust to at first but you will get the hang of it! I love how you do tricks also.

This game is so much fun it takes a while to complete it 100% and when you do you can play online for hours. It really lets you explore everywhere and you can skate any spot you want.

This game is the funnest game ive ever played its better than any other skateboarding ever made. Even after I beat this game its still gonna be just as fun as when i got it.

I have tested this game for EA games and it is truly the most interesting and different skateboarding game I have ever played. First off, you cant just pick up the game and play it. You know how if you played the first tony hawk you could play 'em all? Well here that isnt the case, because the way you skate is acually based on thumb movements by your right thumb. So, because of this new technique (LOADS OF FUN!) most people will tell you the game is hard to get used to. But when you get the hang of it, its a blast. My review included a 8/10 rating and an excellent review. The release date is pushed to the 14th I believe.

this is the best skating game i ever played. way more realistic than tony hawk like not being able to ollie 6 feet high. get this game its so much fun

it is the awesomest game ever. this beats all the tony hawk games ever made. but could been nice if you could get of the board and walk.

If you've ever had an interest in skateboarding, this game provides a realistic approach to what is so enjoyable about it. A small city has been created where you can try to skate on just about anything. The Tony Hawk era of crazy physics has been removed, so don't expect to fly to ridiculous heights or grand for five minutes at a a time. Instead, you approach skateboarding as a rookie trying to make it big. The innovation comes from controlling the board with the right thumbstick, with all flip tricks being performed by various combinations of movements, almost like you a flipping the board with your thumb. It definitely provides hours of entertainment if you are into skateboards and tricks. If not, you'll probably lose interest quickly.

"Skate" really brings new meaning to virtual skateboarding. With realistic surroundings and movements, "Skate" holds my attention. No more 100 million point combos and ridiculous air. It is just you, the street and your board. The city to skate in is huge. Your goal is to get sponsored by filming, taking photos and completing challenges. The physics are awesome. If you have ever been on a skate park and actually skated it, the motions and actions in the game are very similar to what you would do on your real board. If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend you do.

If you are looking for an exceptional skating game, you've found it. You flick the control stick to flick your board, like in real life. It takes a while to get used to it, but it is awsome once your good. Online is great, but sometimes a little laggy. You can upload picturees and videos to skate. Reel which then can post your video on the top vid. section. Awsome game, highly recommended

Skate for the Xbox 360 became one of the best extreme sports video games out today. This game utilizies realistic physics using motion capture to make the experience of skateboarding as realistic as it can get. The online play is also superb. You can challenge your friends and/or other online players to a game of s.k.a.t.e. or to see who is the best skater. This new skateboarding game totally outbeats any games from the Tony Hawk Series. This is a must buy.
