This is very good price for this kind of phone if you buy the Cricket Wireless Refill Card and SIM card together.

Product is listed as being 4G LTE. Upon receipt found that it was 3G. Sky website confirmed that it was only 3G, not 4G LTE. Further, when turned on, it was impossible to get to Google....indicative of lack of licensing by Google for either Sky Devices or Best Buy. One should not have to go for a hack out of the box to get started. To make things worse, returning the ite required my paying the postage---on an item that Best Buy didn't describe correctly. It remains to be seen if Best Buy deducts for restocking their incorrect described item.

Purchased 2 of these phones as gifts. Main reason for choosing this model was price, 4G LTE, and Camera specs. I opened 1 phone to check features, camera was nowhere near the quality of the specs. Slow response/focus (horrible lag) when shooting video or still shots of slightly moving objects. After reading first review of phones not being 4G LTE capable, I too called sky devices customer support BUT I was told it was 4H LTE and to verify with my carrier. When I took phones to be activated, I was told they are not 4G. Only up to 3g+. Returned phones for others. Someone from Best buy needs to research these devices to verify, to either change the description on their site and/or avoid disgruntled customers.
