In general, this gimble works well with my GoPro 5 Black. It is solidly built, movements are smooth, reasonably priced, came with a nice case, and email support was prompt. However, there are several areas for improvement. 1) The original gimble came with 4 X 900 mAh batteries and a charger, the new ones only have 1 X 2000 mAh battery with no external charger, a bad way in cutting cost given that it will not last all day. 2) Website is outdated, the "new" battery is not even available for sale at the website (where can I buy it?) and there is no info about the battery change. 3) The design to secure the GoPro needs to be changed. Ideally, it should be a quick release since users cannot access any cover on the GoPro while it is mounted. It becomes a hassle when users need to change the SD card, battery, connect the USB cable, or to charge the GoPro. 4) Since GoPro 5 came waterproof, it makes sense to design the gimble at least rainproof. Overall, this gimble does what it meant to do; with some improvements, it can greatly improve customer experience.

I was excited to finally get an affordable gimbal for my GoPro hero 5. Online it said two batteries though, on the box it didn't. It really needs two batteries in my opinion. For me using the directional control feature the battery seemed to last just 30 minutes. It was quite disappointing to be sightseeing in Paris and have it die on me after so short of a time. It is useless after the battery dies. It would be nice if you could at least lock it into place if there is no power. When it has power I think it works well stabilizing the image. Putting the GoPro hero 5 in it and taking it out is a Little akard I didn't feel comfortable doing it while on the go.

We were looking for a 3 axis gimbal for our GoPro Hero 4 Silver and had looked at several competitors before stumbling on this model. It’s a Best Buy Only model and we are very glad we found it! It’s terrific, easy to use, correctly calibrated right out of the box and on top of all that, very nicely priced! Very happy with our purchase. If something happened to the one we have now, we’d buy another one right away.

First, the bad news.. there is no way to get to the ports on a Hero5 Black with this. So, no way to plug-in the mic adapter. But I won't lower the score over that. This unit is ridiculously stable. I was running and the image was still looking like it was on a camera dolly. Very smooth. It works at any angle, as well, even upside-down. I like the joystick button for very clean pans. Really glad I bought this !

I have zero complaints about this rig. My issue with it was there was only one battery and battery docking station as described in the add on the Best Buy website. I would recommend it to if you are ok with only one battery. Operated nice and smooth.

Works well. Easy to use. Captures great steady videos. Fun to use. Good for the money. Worth the purchase.

I was super surprised how silent this gimble is. I've seen other brands in video reviews and they made a lot of noise that sensitive camera mics would definitly pick up. Very pleased with it's resonsive smooth function as well.

Was surprised with the quality and performance for an entry level gimbal for my Gopro. Straightforward and easy to use. The only reason why i did not gave it a 5 star was because its not water resistant.

I would say this is the best out there for GoPro. Only downfall is the price

Got this for my daughter for her GoPro Hero 5, she loves it but has not fully used all the functionality it has to offer. She does like the battery life and the automated operation. It was a better price and provides the same feature as the higher price model

THIS IS NEEDED FOR QUALITY FOOTAGE OF VIDEO. UNLESS YOU HAVE A GOPRO HERO 7 I WOULD SAY THIS IS NEEDED WITH MOST CAMERAS OR IF YOU HAVE A SUPER STEADY HAND. VIDEO FOOTAGE IS ALL ABOUT SMOOTH FLOW. ADD TO CART!

I went with this instead of the Go Pro Karma Grip to save a few bucks, and it was well worth it. The gimbal works great and I've had no issues with it.

Bought this for our new GoPro. Works like a charm, keeps all the images nice and even and no bouncing. does take come getting used to, how to hold etc to keep the item you want in the picture.

Not a bad gimbal for the price. Easy to use, easy to put together. Wish it was water resistant though.

There are more pricey options on the market for sure but i can't complain on this. i meet my expectations.
