Disappointing

The order processing was easy and efficient. The product initially was going well. I'd say the set up was easy enough and the quality of the product seemed okay. Then the devil was in the details. After it's all set up they ask you to pay for the service to send videos. This was disappointing as I wanted to keep this simple. I will be returning this product because I do not want to have to pay to send videos to my parents.

Such an awesome gift!

It connected to my wifi right away and I was able to connect to rhe Skylight app seamlessly. Its been so fun adding pictures into the slide show and reminiscing. Planning to purchase as gifts for our parents so they can see pics of the grandkids! Highly recommend!

Easy setup and packed with features!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This frame has been a pleasure so far, I was able to pre-load images without taking it out of the box as I was giving this as a gift, and when I helped my mom set it up, it took less than 10 mins all said and done! Super high quality screen, and really elegant design overall.
