Everything works well and I havent encountered any problems yet. Although there was a scratch below the case, it's whatever. I got this pc for a good deal so it is worth it and I can do all my assignments and play games.

Great PC Besides One Gripe

I do have one gripe though, when I was installing an additonal SSD I noticed there was a cardboard box next to my PSU, it must have been left there when it was being put together in the manufacture, other than that everything is put together nicly just wish that wasn't left there.

repetitive power problems

Returned it to Geek Squad who identified a hardware problem. We exchanged it for a different computer which worked great.

I contacted costumer support and they actually had no idea what the issue was. If you enjoy wasting time, money, and energy then this product might be for you!
