My first choice should have been a life proof, but was in a pinch and needed one now. It is a good case for the price, it looks good, it's not bulky and it folds to make it's own stand, in this way, I like it better that life proof, however, it's not waterproof and it does not protect from damage as much.

Tried a number of cases and none have been better than the Apple. Fits snug. Good protection. Keeps the feel as the iPad Air was designed. Only thing I don't like is ease of opening the cover. Requires sliding fingernails under edge to lift.

The case is nice. It's not outstanding and it doesn't do anything spectacular, but it does protect your iPad from scratches and minor falls. When it comes to cases, you get what you pay for. This case will do the job and stand up better than the cheap cases. Unless you also want it to sing and dance for you, this is definitely worth the purchase.

I bought my case recently, I've using it bearly for a month and I'm really disappointed. The design is great, loved it's bright red color. It's three foldable section on the cover lets the iPad stands better and with more stability BUT it's material quality is AWFUL! I only been able to use it at home, never took it with me in my purse or something and it has already start to peeling off in the corners. Also, the cover has lose A LOT from one side, leaving a free space (like 2 mm high, see photos) to let the dirt, particles and etc. get inside directly to the screen. I don't know if I received a defective one, but I totally will return it. It is definitely overpriced for the quality I received. I expected more, It's a shame 'cause I really loved it's design.

I was reluctant to spend the additional dollars to purchase the iPad version of the leather case. However after purchasing it I now recognize the high quality Inn which is crafted and how it superiorly protects my iPad investment.

I love that my expensive iPad is protected from drops and scratches. Opening and closing the cover of this case turns the iPad on and off. Very nice feature. I would have added some sort of handle for carrying so that it slipping out of my hands would be eliminated. Otherwise, it's a durable case and does what it's supposed to do.

Was disappointed in not being able to get the none leather version for the iPad Air 2 but forked out the extra dollars and still got a quality smart case that fits the Air 2 nicely without extra bulk competitors offer at more affordable prices. Check it out before you choose, you'll probably end up with this case (your color my vary).

was a little hesitant at first as I have always had the "bulkier cases" but this one I fell in love with the simplicity and quality and the fit of my IPad is tight and secure which isn't always the case with the past ones I have had! I highly recommend this case to all IPad Air 2 owners!

This case is very protective of my IPAD. It folds up so my screen is slanted and I can type easily. It shuts off my IPAD when I close it up. It does not show the dirt because of its color. I can put my IPAD in a cloth bag and not worry about the screen. So happy I got the case

The cover is thin, light, and puts the I- pad air to sleep when closed. The cover edge extends very sightly above the screen. This is not a problem. One heads up! Make sure that the cover is for your I-pad. I-pad air and I-pad air 2 covers are different. They do not interchange.

Just like all other Apple iDevice leather products, this one fits great, and looks great on the device. They are also pretty durable considering the fact that they are a natural material. Just a very premium feel to showcase and protect another very premium product.

Ok I know there are a lot of iPad cases out there but this case in particular stands out above the rest. It's a perfect fit the quality and materials used to make this case are totally high quality and I love the fact that it protects your iPad completely.

While searching for a cover for my new iPad Air 2 - I wanted something both sleek AND protective - but didn't want something that was so bulky that it would stop and amour piercing bullet!!! After evaluating multiple options (10+) it became intimately evident that Apple not only designs and creates incredible electronics, but they are equally accomplished at providing proper protection for them! This cover is FANTASTIC!!! The front easily folds flat around the back leaving a true, flat profile. But the front cover ALSO just as easily can configure a "stand" to prop the iPad into a perfect reading angle if you want to place it on a flat surface to read hands free. But even better...this is GENIUS... the little stand you just created is held in place by some pretty powerful MAGNETS! So you don't have to fold it into a slot - or - "hope" it stays in place - it DOES! But even MORE impressive when you are using the cover in its normal condition - those same magnets actually AUTOMATICALLY turn the iPad ON just by opening the cover!!! This is sheer brilliance! I've checked it a hundred times... Just like the refrigerator light - the iPad turns on EVERY TIME! Oh - and some of us want to take the cover off regularly for some ridiculous reason, like to show off the great anodizing on the back??? Or to put it into a folder or something - well this cover is the EASIEST thing to install AND remove that you have EVER seen! (Ok - that I have ever seen!) but (and this is my lasts comment) you don't need to take this cover off to put it into a folder or other device, because the cover is SO thin & the front folds back so flat - the whole thing just pops into the folio I have that is made for a iPad - I don't have to take it off!!! There you go! This thing may not be "cheap" but this is truly a case where you get what you pay for! DONT buy some imitation .... You WILL regret it! A couple bucks more and you have THE BEST! The iPad Air 2 Smart Case in Midnight Blue looks great on a White iPad Air 2. And, as well as it looks, the well-thought functionality for which Apple is famous also shows through. The three-part folds on the cover allow for a slight elevation when laying flat in landscape mode, much like a keyboard. It also functions as an upright stand, which is perfect for watching videos. When held in hand, it folds back like a book cover, and is lightweight. I've seen the Midnight Blue case in a black ("Space Gray") iPad, and it doesn't look bad. But, on a white ("Silver" or "Gold") iPad, it's perfect.

The Smart Case for the iPad Air 2 is one of the best cases I've tried. The smart case keeps the thin and lightweight feel to the iPad and adds a layer of protection to the front and back of the device. Also, the Midnight Blue color is extremely sharp!

I like the deep blue leather cover (almost looks black, which would not be a bad thing) and my iPad Air 2 fits in the cover perfectly. Note that this cover is made for the iPad Air 2 and you WILL be disappointed if you try to use it with an iPad Air 1.

I dropped my iPad and the Smartcase protected the iPad from any damage. The case is very useful as a stand and causes the unit to go into sleep mode when closed providing longer battery life.
