I bought mine last year and it does a great job for me. As a women, it's light weight and easy to maneuver. I live in Chicago, so it's a need to have a reliable snow blower and this fits the bill..

My new blower arrived yesterday and today was my 1st time using it. I have experience with blowers. I lived in Minnesota for 12 years. The battery life is closer to 35 minutes. The batteries take over 1 hour to charge. The machine is NOT able to move snow over 4” high. Do you see the problem here. I used the blower. Then placed the batteries to charge. By the time they were fully charged, there were over 7” of snow in areas I didn’t get to the 1st time. I bought the blower to relieve stress on my very poor lower back, which was operated on twice. I have more metal inside my body that the blower has (it’s almost all plastic). I have to use a shovel to spread out the snow in order for the snowblower to work. This product should have come with 4 batteries (2 sets of 2) for non stop action. Otherwise, you’ll have to bundle up twice to go out in the cold. Not convenient at all.

This thing works great for a relatively small property. It's light enough and charges quick. Wouldn't be great for Anatarctica, but a solid suburban choice otherwise. Ice scraper isn't as useful as described, but it'll clear powder and wet snow well.

Easy to put together. Outstanding sp far to use. So happy i purchased.

Great product for the price. It was easy to assemble and takes up very little space for storage. It is light weight and works well for 6" of snow or less. The discharge chute is a little stiff and not easy to rotate using the crank handle but I was told that this problem would disappear in time.

This machine stops abruptly in 6 inches of snow abruptly. Also machine is not safe, it does not stop after removing hands as shown in this video. After returning machine to company, they are not returning unit or refunding after six months of wait.

Works well on fresh snow. Make sure the ground is even and does not have any stones or hard objects. The chute deflector broke during my first use. However, SnowJoe customer support is good. They are sending me a replacement part.

Great snow blower. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. Assembly is fairly simple. It's not as powerful as a gas snow blower, but it will get the job done in lighter snow.

It works fine when it is working but I was unable to blow snow off of a square by my garage about 20' x 12' before the battery was out of power. Was first time I used it. Batteries were both fully charged.

Got last year . Not working now. Waste of money. Battery life is too small . Cannot finish at one charge.

batterys go dead to fast and i have a small driveway for what it cost youd think theyd give ya two darn sets

Used one year, 2 snowfalls totaling about 4 inches, worked fine. This year it will not start.

I was waiting for this product just to find out that it doesn't work properly. It does not throw the snow as advertised. I am sure the wires are connected backwards because the snow doesn't get thrown properly at all. I am stuck and will return unit. Best buy showed me that buying online is not good at all.

The worst snow blower ever I had to return this item.

I bought this for my 10 year old son. He was shoveling for the neighborhood and I thought it would be easier for him. He is able to start it, use it and keep the batteries charged without my assistance. Good purchase.

I purchased this snow blower as a gift for my son. Have not used it yet, but looking forward to hearing his report. I am optimistic about it given it ha a dual battery operating system.

MY HUSBAND HAS A BAD SPINE AND WHEN THE SNOW CAME, I REALIZED THAT WE DEFINITELY NEEDED A SNOW BLOWER TO MOVE OUR SNOW AND THIS ONE WAS RECCOMENDED TO US BY SEVERAL PEOPLE. WE ARE WAITING FOR IT TO SNOW AGAIN, SO WE CAN PUT IT TO GOOD USE.

Your Standard 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty expires on 05/01/2026. They accepted the warranty , now that I require service they denied my warranty. The machine was used once the batteries stopped working. They're aware that their product no good...
