I have nothing but great things to say about this unit! I buy a TON of Seltzer water and drink on average anywhere from 3-5 cans a day. I dont really drink soda other than on special occasions. Not only was it a pain to haul 12 packs in each week but i always felt horrible about the environmental impacts that has. I bought a water machine 5 years ago to reduce my bottle usage; it was time to do something about those cans. Enter my Sodastream One Touch. First off make sure ur bottle is at the fill line and is clipped in properly. These people saying it spills out is ridiculous. It seals against the unit so if you put it in correctly and have it at the fill line it wont do that. I havent had it happen a single time. It comes with a re-usable bottle and Co2 canister. Install the canister finger tight and it does not leak. I use the highest carbonation setting because i like the bubbly feel. I bought "bubly" brand unsweetened flavoring because a retailer I shop at had them marked down to $2.99 a pack so I stocked up (also bought 2 extra re-usable bottles). So far i love this machine. I have it setting on top of my water machine (I live in a big city with terrible tap water so I only use highly filtered water). I just grab an empty bottle, fill it with chilled water from my machine, load it in my Sodastream, hit the high carbonation button, then when its done i add 3/4 tsp of my preferred flavor (i love grapefruit and raspberry most), turn the bottle upside down and back up 2-3 times, and enjoy. No cans, bottles, or heavy lifting. Now all I have to do is get water for my machine when it runs out which I do anyway and have re-usable jugs for. Super happy. Gonna save me time, money, effort, and not impact the environment!! Not a cheap investment but for someone like me, it will by far be my most used appliance.

I bought this to replace my old Soda Stream where there was a pump at the top that you had to continuously push in to carbonate your water. My old one (I don't remember the model name) broke somehow because it started leaking the co2 but not carbonating the water. The Fizzy, my new model, is a GODSEND!! All you have to do is press the button of how carbonated you want your water and it will do it for you! It's electric! SOOO HAPPY I found this because it ALSO uses the Blue CO2 containers that we had left over from our old one. We didn't have to buy new pink ones to go with a new maker!!

Bought this because I'm a La Croix junkie, eight cans a week. As a big bubble water connoisseur, I definitely recommend this product. I squeeze fresh fruit in my water and it's amazing!

This fizzi soda stream one touch is just ok. I am disappointed that even on the highest setting, the bubbles are nowhere near a lacroix like I expected. I just got the unit about 3 weeks ago and I am on my 3rd co2 refill. Also, no matter how little water you fill into the provided bottle, the water spills out all sides during the bubble process. If I even come close to filling the bottle up to the recommended "fill line" my entire counter is flooded with overspill. I need a towel to soak it up each time I want a fizzi drink (3× per day). I had to watch uTube videos to ensure I was not doing something wrong. Sure enough, looks like most users have this same problem! This unit definitely needs improvement. The price is way too high for a product that is not streamlined.

This is the 2nd SodaStream we have. My frustrations: this design as well as the previous unit we had (SodaStream Terra) is that you never know when the catridge is going to run out. So always have one on hand, or auto ship or "however you need to do it". The actual plastic water bottles are a bit of a pain to clean in my opinion - but at the end of the day I would absolutely recommend, absolutely buy a 3rd and love the convenience of my preferred bubble amount, flavor set up etc at the simple push of a butto. That's the win of Fizzi One Touch over the Terra: 3 sparkling levels to choose from - push the button & it does it for you. The Terra is a bit more manual. I would recommend the One Touch over the Terra.

Love the ease of using this machine and great taste. The buttons make it easy to get the right amount of bubbles and removes guessing how much bubbles are needed. There are three options for the amount of carbonation. I like the second stage as it provides enough carbonation. I haven’t replaced my canister yet, but it’s been almost a month of using it almost daily. I had my doubts from switching from canned sparkling water to this because it wouldn’t give me the same carbonation, but I am convinced this machine is the way to go. I like not having to buy and lug canned drinks anymore from the store. Tip: Fill your bottle with water and place in refrigerator to make the water cold. Then when ready to drink, carbonate your sparkling water. Tastes better when cold. You cold add ice but I like a cold glass without ice.

So I had the original Genesis model where you had to manually pump the CO2 and it was always a hit or miss on drink carbonation ...either not enough or too much. Now, with the One Touch, it’s perfect every time. I’m so glad they provided an automatic option. One note of caution, be careful pouring the syrup into the bottle if you selected lever 3 carbonation...it tends to expand and overflow...only took once to learn my lesson. Without fail, It’s so easy to make fantasy tasting drinks. Off to try the lemonade next...

I know Soda Streams get mixed reviews but I could not be happier with mine. It is easy to use and makes great seltzer water so easily. It is great to not have to buy cans or bottles of seltzer, and you don't have to worry about having a bin for them in your kitchen and recycling them. It's a great purchase if you have a family or if you drink several seltzers a day and don't want the waste. Getting a new C02 cartridge is easy at participating stores that let you trade in the empty ones for a discount. I recommend this product!

I recommend thia to all of my friends. It is very easy to use. You never run out of sodas and soda waters. You don't have to lug bags of cans to a recycling center. There are too many good things to list. I have never had an issue. Start with cold water and it never fizzes out.

Just get the cheaper push button version, cause you still got to push the button on this one? Instructions are vague and good be better. There are 3 different settings but if you don’t press the button you will have an exploding fizzy mess everywhere. Not sure why it does this when these are supposed to be fixed settings still love it cause it makes great carbonated water. Soda flavors aren’t bad either, they are super sweet so you only need a little.

I’ve had this for a month and my first canister ran out today. I usually make one or two drinks a day. It’s been making less fizz over the last week. I guess once the bubble blasts don’t reach the bottom of the water bottle, that would be the indicator that it’s time to start preparing a new canister. I’m happy with the performance for the price and it’s well worth the cost to significantly cut down on buying soda. Carbonated water is good for you mainly because it helps promote hydration. Drink up and cheers!

Our old Phillips soda maker died after about a year and a half. I looked around and decided to spring for a SodaStream instead. I'm glad I did! This one is much easier to use, and seems to use less CO2 to get the same fizz. The only minor gripe I've got is that the old bottles I bought for the other machine don't fit this one. They're just a bit too tall.

    Best thing since Charlie 'O

We had used a much older system in the past called Charlie 'O and we ended up getting syrups directly from the soda companies from the distributor. Trouble is you had a large CO2 cylinder to lug around to a CO2 vendor - this system uses a smaller cartridge that is refillable by exchange. great idea. So get a couple of extra so you can do exchanges and keep charging your water with CO2 while you await the exchanged cylinder. This electric version is simple - load the bottle with filtered water filled to the line, insert into the device, press the desired button to turn on and press again and the device charges the number of times for the level of carbonation you seek based on the size of the bottle you are using.
