Great option to avoid all the extra stuff added to sodas. Wish there were due free options with cane sugar as sweetener.

It does what it’s supposed to, there is a bit of a learning curve though. Juice carbs different than water. I also found out you can make decent homemade ocean water with it using the packets. Don’t try to carb Mio though as there is some reaction between the artificial sweeteners in it and the CO2 and no matter how much you add it will never taste sweet.

Awesome machine! The carbonated water this machine produces tastes so much better than un-carbonated water. I definitely drink more because of it, which is better for bodily health.
FYI, I recommend buying a second CO2 canister. The Soda Stream Terra machine only comes with one. Once you run through both canisters, you can replace them for fresh canisters via the Soda Stream company. It’s better to work with two canisters since you will save money on shipping in the long run.

After reading reviews of Sodastream products, I was hesitant to purchase one. When this model came out, I decided to pull the trigger and purchase. I was concerned at how many bottles of seltzer I had been using, and even if the cost was about the same, I would use less waste, so a net win.
After a month of use, I am still very happy with the product. I have been drinking about 2-4 .89l bottles a day, mainly without flavoring. I do mix it up with Bubly products. I have not seen any issues with water spilling all over the place (I fill the bottle to the proper line). The unit does feel somewhat cheap. I would love to see a higher end version with better materials.
My first gas tank has not run out yet. When I make my bottles, I use 3 one second pumps. My bottle should be running out soon, but I have not noticed any let down of gas yet.
The quick connect feature is easy and I didn't have any issues hooking all this up.
The bottle loading was also very easy.
Overall I recommend this for people who like carbonated water and don't want the waste of pre-bottled water. The more you drink, the more likelihood that there will be cost savings too.
Last point... Many other reviews say that the device breaks fairly easily. You can always buy the BB extended service option (comes with the TotalTech membership, should you have that. Then if it breaks BB will replace it.
I am looking forward to getting other syrups/flavors tested (likely getting some over the holidays).

Love it!! Easy to use and no spillage as long as your paying attention. Even when mixing cola!!

I didn’t realize how much I needed this in my life. I love water, but I like bubbles better, and buying seltzer in plastic all the time is such a waste. This is phenomenal
Inconvenient to flip open back to change cartridge

I have owned multipl soda stream machines. One thing I do not like about this one is that you have to flip open the back to change the air cartridge. Another one I have lets you flip the machine upside down, screw out the old cartridge, and screw in the new cartridge -- very, very easy. Had I realized that this Terra Water Maker soda stream required flipping open the back, I definitely would not have bought it.

I have always wondered if these were worth the hype. Then my husband suggested we get one for the Family from Santa this year. The kids loved it. I was surprised it didnt need a plug in and now the kids want to bring it a long for Hockey games and hotel stays.

Great product! Easy to use, clean, and replace cartridges. The bottle itself does not keep the bubbles very long but it is only plastic and not sealed the best.
