Good coffee, but...

The valve that shunts the steam between the coffee and the Frother froze in the Froth position. I called the manufacturer who (after I explained what was wrong) told me to return it to Best Buy because it wasn't fixable. When I called Best Buy, I was connected to someone in India, or the Philippines or somewhere where they barely speak English. THAT person informed me that i could not return it but had to send it back to the manufacturer. Their "POLICY" is that I only have 15 days to return it. This is not a bottle of milk that goes bad in 2 weeks. Tomorrow I will attempt to return it to my local store. It's starting to get complicated. Bottom line...I spent $200 on a machine and am looking at spending another $30-$40 to ship it back. Do not buy this.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Weird noise. I am a coffee lover, leaves the coffee dispenser wet, damaging the coffee. Inconstant amount of brewing on selected position of 1 cup or 2 cups.

Great low budget espresso maker
