Too much technology for a Luddite!

We were very surprised to see the size of speakers returning to that of the 80's. The flashing lights were a bit much for us, but the grandkids liked them. The option to "tone down the bass response" is not as effective as an equalizer, but useful. The sound quality is very good through out many different types of music, doo-wop, classical, country, and what ever that stuff the grandkids played (so they said). Haven't tried the Bluetooth connections for speakers nor the "party chain". We had difficulty turning off the "demo" mode the unit starts in, as well as the lights. The manual and on-line support were for multiple models, and not very clear.

Very loud and full of bass

Midrange is pretty good. This works well for a large shop or hall, not a small space or even a medium sized living room. It's a large space system.

It is quite bulky, but its durability makes it worth it. The largest con on this system is that if you turn it up too loud you may be replacing windows in your house!
