I just wanna say Sony TV's are the best TV's hands down. I received this TV on an open box discount and I am glad I walked into the store that day. Best TV display and that before I even calibrated the tv. Geek Squad was awesome as well. Supremely happy with my purchase to say the least

This Bravia has a superior picture quality and great upscaling ability. It has an elegant look because of its thinness and bezel color. The only problem with this television is the common complaint of everybody which is "light bleed". I had several trips to bestbuy because of this problem. The light bleed usually occurs in the corners of the tv when Viewing dark scene and in a dark ambient room. I tried to justify this problem with the term "IPS GLOW" because I really like the picture quality. But like I said, the bleed was so annoying. Probably it is a personal preference because a lot of people have a good review for this TV. I would recommend this for simple people who will not care for the light bleed. But for people who seek overall excellent picture production, then this tv is not for you. Better get the Samsung SUDH line of 4K tv. No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love Sony products. This TV is the best of all. The price was awesome. The bestbuy delivered it to my home. The setup was easy but needs two people for installation.The android smart OS is super sweet came with lot of apps.No need to talk about the quality of the TV because SONY is the best.

A vertical line started to appear within three months of purchase next to Sony Logo. If you want to know more about this my Event ID is E64107569. Most important topic **** The catch with Sony's warranty is they will give you a refurbished product instead of replacing with new model****** In addition you will spend $300 ( By GeekSquad ) to remove the faulty TV and install the replacement TV because Sony's technician will just manage an exchange. So you are ultimately sunk with $450 should this issue occur. Visited the store after seeing this tv on line. Was so amazed that I bought it. Have not been disappointed. Had a 46" Samsung before and it was starting to have issues so started shopping for a replacement. 65" Sony is so much better than the Samsung. Wish I'd made the move sooner.

Bought an open box special for about 1200$ and when I got home there were green vertical lines. Paid the extra 300$ to get s brand new one and it was better. Problems started: About 4 months in the top left of the screen starting getting cloudy. Each month the cloudiness got a bit worse. I contacted Sony and started the replacement process. Unfortunately they called me and told me that my issue was considered normal by their techs. Blacks are no longer black but Grey, the TV fades in and out and it performs worse in terms of contrast and consitancy than my 7 year old Sharp LCD. Super disappointing. The white cloudiness has taken over each corner of the TV now so will try to contact Sony again to demand a replacement. $1500 not well spent on my book. I DO NOT recommend this TV

This tv is nice you can really notice a difference from a non 4K tv we had before. I like the smart features and apps.

Speakers could be better, I will add Home theater system

This 4kTv didnt blow my mind like I was hoping it would. The blacks were far from true black and the corners had extremely clouding and blacks looked gray in those areas. I took it back and bought the LG OLED and that one blew my mind!

I’ve had the TV for about a year and a half. After about 3 months it started having purple lines all over the screen when I’d first turn it on. It lasted for about a minute or so before kicking in. It now lasts a good 3-5 minutes. Also, it’s android system is in a constant state of throwing pop up errors. Not fun when you’re a gamer. I’ve looked online and this is a sweepingly common issue. The only way I’ve found to stop them for a while is to factory reset the system. Not only will I never buy a Sony tv again, but I’ll never buy a tv, or anything else for that matter, with android at the helm.

Was very concerned about settings and vowing angle on such a large tv. Set up was easy and picture was great straight out of the box, no adjustments needed. Upscale is amazing especially for non 4K cable tv broadcasts. Not an audiofile but know a good picture when I see it. Viewing angle is superb from every angle, even standing far far left or right of screen. No motion blur with football at all. Android system is easy to use.

I just installed this morning, 4K look so bad, same problem whit the bleeding white in the corners, black color looks white grays, horrible job Sony
