Excellent TV and my third Master series Sony, second OLED, I purchased their LED model before the last two OLEDs. First, total nonsense about OLED not being bright enough, I actually toned my brightness down on this one and I have a five panel 10’ tall multi slide door in living room where it’s located and even with the morning sun, it’s plenty bright enough. Clarity and color is outstanding and out of the box you’ll find a picture setting you’ll love without an extra step of calibration. Well maybe tweek here or there. Sony has done a great job with its stand legs too, allowing height and placement to allow for sound bars and quality of construction is exceptional. Last the panel surface acting as speaker is the best out of the box tv sound of all the brands. Menu is easy to use and I’ve had no problems with Android last 10 years since buying my first flagship Sony model. Their TVs haven’t disappointed or had any pixel issues, defects or failures. I will continue to make Sony OLED my first choice. A close second would be Sony’s Mini LED Bravia 9.

Easy to set up, the picture looks amazing! I’m not too familiar with the google interface but I think I will get used to it. The sound is amazing , the speakers are in the screen. This tv was made for the PS5! The remote is sleep and durable . I’m happy with this set so far.

I'm coming from the Samsung 2013 flagship F8000, 1080p LED, so this Sony OLED blows that one away in picture quality. Not so much with the built-in speakers though. They're ok, but not as good as my old tv. I was expecting better sound coming from Sony. Not a big deal for me though, I've got the Sony - HT-A7000 soundbar and subwoofer connected to it and it sounds great. I've only owned this tv for 4 weeks, but so far it's amazing. Beautiful picture quality and amazing colors. One thing I do dislike is the fact it only has two 4K 120hz HDMI outputs and it should have at least three for a flagship tv. The cheaper TV's have two. I've also had the latest software updates with no issues. Over all I'm pretty satisfied with this tv. Let's hope it last a while. I'm taking away one star for the lack of HDMI 120hz outputs, lackluster of the built-in speakers and not to mention it's insanely overpriced.

This is my first ever oled and im absolutely amazed by the picture quality and brightness of this tv! Its gets super bright and the picture is so clear and the colors are out if this world!! Highly recommend anyone looking for a new oled it might be pricey but definitely worth the money

Great TV, the picture is awesome, sound is good, and interface is excellent. My only two complaints are pertaining to the physical layout of the TV and its stand. I wanted to use my existing table which is not quite as wide as the TV so I was unable to use the included stands. Also, didn't like how the inputs are way over one one side of the TV. It created a messy look with those cables running down through the clamp designed for them at the bottom left of the TV. I remedied this by cutting a small hole in the plastic cover to route those cables through then over to the center of the TV so they would be hidden behind the center stand I bought to replace the stand brackets that came with the TV.

Sony did it again. It’s unbelievable how amazing the picture quality looks on this tv. Every aspect of the image is exceptional. I bought the top of line back in 2015, and I only purchased this one because I started seeing lines on the screen after moving into my new house. After researching for a replacement (and getting lost down an OLED rabbit hole), I decided it was indeed time to upgrade. I was excited to see this model in person, but the model wasn’t on display when I came in, so I had to take a leap of faith and trust my gut. Now, I’m not one to sling money around like it’s bacon bits. I’m a conservative spender. That said, though the price tag was heftier than other less expensive models, this tv is worth every penny. I am rewatching movies I’ve seen before, and it’s like I’m watching a completely different movie. It’s a phenomenal picture. I had excellent surround sound already, so now that I’m in visual and auditory heaven, I can no longer see myself “slumming it” at the movie theater. It’s been weeks since it arrived, and I still feel giddy over watching anything at all. I even watched a baking show (and I abhor baking shows) because of how the Halloween colors popped off the screen. I couldn’t be happier.

While they were busy with the install, I was able to prop-up my feet and get my own work done [see photo]. I highly recommend Best Buy’s HOME INSTALL. While it may seem like an unnecessary ‘extra’ on top of what you’re already shelling out for a new [insert your product name here], it has always saved me time, money, and my sanity. Heck, for those of us with high blood pressure Home Install might even save our life *wink* I don’t know about you, but vague instructions, misaligned holes, or missing parts can really ‘test my patience’ even on a good day :-) Even though I AM technically savvy, the peace of mind I get with Home Install ($99+/-) is priceless: two highly knowledgeable installers transport, handle, hang, and program our TV. I don’t have to worry about dropping it, cracking the highly sensitive screen, pieces not fitting properly, missing parts, or reading allll of the instructions on how to program it or how to add/pair additional remotes. I know it will get done right and get done quickly — very quickly. As always. With Home Install NONE OF THAT IS YOUR CONCERN (oh look, there’s my smile!). If the item breaks/gets damaged during transport or install Best Buy’s got it covered, which is nice to know given smartTVs have such highly sensitive screen surfaces. And they always send two techs, making install super quick. They were done in about 20 minutes, which included unboxing, taking down the old 73” flatscreen, hanging the new tv, hooking-up the new tv, programming it, pairing the Roku remote, showing me some of the Sony remote functions, and removal of the packaging if you don’t wish to keep it. When they left they said I could contact them any time if I had any Qs or issues. Who knew that’d be just two minutes later, after they’d just left for their next appointment? I sent them a frantic text and they offered to come back when done with their current install (thank you!). Even though it was getting late, they drove back out and fixed the issue (a simple conflict with our home audio setup which they diagnosed in about 30 seconds!). Two minutes after arriving they were back out the door, and we had an amazing, quality tv that worked. Simply put, Geek Squad Home Install removes all of the anxiety while saving me time. As for my review of this product: It’s super lightweight, making it easy to hang; and the picture quality is excellent. But since this was only installed today, I’ll update this post in a few months after I’ve had time to really use it.

Best tv I’ve ever owned and every time I watch tv I am generally excited. I have to his tv paired with a Sonos arc and it’s a game changer.

What a TV!! Entertainment at its best. Love tha app and way faster than my old Sony tv that I still have that has gone to another room. Graphics are fantastic on the entertainment center. I have the the Sony 7000 with the subwoofer and rear speakers. Sounds fantastic!!

Fantastic image quality, intuitive operating system, and solid audio performance without additional speakers.

IO have had different tv brands in the past and I hands down recommend this tv. Granted the price is high but you get what you pay for. the remote works great and is backlit. also comes with a camea so you can use "gestures" to turn the vol up and down, change the channel as well as turn off the tv. graphics are absolutely stunning. has 15GB or 17GB (i forget which one) of internal memory.

Excellent picture! Easy to set up. I had never used the Google smart platform, but found it very easy to figure out & like it. My son doesn’t like the lag it has for playing games, so he uses his own - win-win for me! I can’t really review the sound - purchased the Sony HT-A9 & SA-SW5 sub, which use the TV speaker as the center channel - sounds awesome!

SONY Bravia line is the best televisions manufactured, period. OLED screens are vibrant and rich with color. Blacks are incredible.

This 65 inch Sony OLED TV is excellent. One of the best looking pictures I have ever seen such clarity. And working through Best Buy was another great choice.

This tv is the one. If you like watching sports forgetaboutit! This tv blows out any competition that I've seen and I've done my research. My house is the spot all my buddies come to to watch our nba champs Boston Celtics. Let's Goooo..

This tv was truly one of the best tvs in 2023-2024 cycle. The color and blacks are superb when color calibrated. Adding on, the tv having all the best dolby and dts sound formats is very convenient for my onkyo receiver. The HDR and dolby vision picture quality looks marvelous when watching fils like netflixs 6 underground and disney plus movies. HDTVTest is great at revewing the tv and describing that the pros outweighed the cons.

This is our 5th Sony. They never disappoint. The picture is amazing! We have ours paired with a Sonos sound system. A entertainment experience !!
