Bought as an open box 2 years ago and still truckin. Great picture, perfect for gaming.

I went to the store determined to only buy an 65" open box tv on sale. The sales person convinced me into buying this brand new tv on sale and I am so glad I did. I love this tv. The images are bright and detailed. The colors on the screen is amazing. So, Im glad I listen to the sale person because I have enough dark image tvs in the house that I needed one tv upgrade with out breaking the bank.

Great TV overall! I love the look of it and had settled for something decent for a bedroom. One thing I did notice though is that the WIFI on it cuts out if the connection to your router isn't close by so keep that in mind. It will drive you nuts if you're streaming a show. Also, the Sony remote isn't as user friendly than other makers like Samsung and LG so nitpicky things like that may drive you nuts.

IMAX Enhanced movies look incredible on this TV. The 120 refresh rate is very smooth. High quality TV. Given a second chance at buying a tv, I would definitely stand by my purchase and get this TV again.

This was a big move for me. It was the first new TV in 11 years. My last TV was a 46” Sharp. I had no complaints but, I needed a 4K TV for a world clock application I wanted to run. This model (Sony X90J) was very new to the market when I bought it. It is the first with the cognitive processor and a few other features. The only reviews that were available at the time I was making the decision were by people who received forms of gratuities for writing them. I almost bought the previous year’s model to have more assurance that the TV already had a verifiable track record. Instead I purchased a good protection package with BEST and paid for the Geek Squad to install it and set it up. Everything went very smoothly. I’ve had it installed since early June. One of the reasons I bought this model aside from the fact that it has a full array was for it’s built-in sound quality. For my space, I wanted to be able to not need a sound bar. The sound is excellent. So is the picture. It runs my world clock application with the detail it requires, Currently I’m set up to monitor world wide precipitation. Movies and shows are great, too. No problems at all. I’m happy with my purchase, all around - product, service, sales and price.

Quality picture, vivid colors. The only drawback is the reflection from windows on the screen during daylight. If you have curtains it works great but not so much with just blinds. Only had it shot the weeks so far. I had an LG for about 18 years and was hesitant about trying another brand, however, so far I have not been disappointed. Hope this review helps those older folks 50 and up make a good decision.

Amazing TV! It fits perfectly in my room and the quality is so shocking! I recommend watching nature documentaries on it.

Most beautiful TV I’ve ever owned. Gorgeous colors, smooth motion, very bright. The Google TV UI is clean and runs smooth. Voice recognition on the remote works great. I use a soundbar with a subwoofer so I can’t comment on the speakers on the TV. I don’t think I’ll ever buy another brand of TV after using this Sony TV. Sony, you’ve gained a customer for life! Best Buy had fast shipping and the delivery team was very quick and careful with the product. Thank you, Best Buy!

Haven’t had it long but I am impressed with the picture quality, however experiencing an issue Which while streaming from the phone or using Apple TV it switches itself to google TV. While watching a movie on AppleTV “black widow” four minutes into the movie it switched to Google TV. Then 45 minutes again same issue, then yet again an hour later into the film. Then today while stream from iPhone.. Definitely not happy with that being it’s about a month old. Hoping it’s a software issue and can be rectified without an issue, checked for updates none are available for either Apple TV or the Sony Bravia.

I love my tv! This is a perfect size and perfect picture for our bedroom.

Picture quality is amazing and even better when watching movies in 4K. Only thing that I didn’t like is it has HDMI 2.0 but it doesn’t support VRR, ALLM, or G-Sync. If you’re not into competitive gaming this shouldn’t really bother you but if you’re a casual gamer like me this tv is perfect.

The tv is great . Just upgraded from my 2020 Samsung u8000 and it makes an amazing difference . Literally everything I watch is upscaled. The gaming is great as well. Little to no judder or lag. I showed a few of my friends and they all say the same. The color adjustments alone make this a wonderful tv. Also shoutout to Geek squad. They came and did perfect measurements and installation, along with the setup of the tv.
