Our new Sony model 930 TV is an excellent upper end TV with and outstanding picture for a 65" size. The brightness is uniform and the color contrast is excellent. Well worth the extra price. A good return for the extra dollars.

Had been eyeing this model for about 8 months and finally took plunge when price dropped. This time also allowed me to continue comparisons with other models and can say, this was still best overall rated. This model has all the bells and whistles most will need. Plenty of HDMI inputs and back panel allows you to keep the cables neater. Black levels are amazing and brightness is really nice. Watching blu ray discs on this set provides even sharper details. Now if only we were given more 4k content to enjoy.

This sucker is Heavy. Definitely need 2 people to lift it. The picture is amazing. Very BRIGHT. I watched Justice League in 4K HDR and the scenes with lightning flash so bright it blinds you. This tv paired with the Xbox One X brings a whole new level to your gaming experience. In the pictures the back appears to be a brushed metal like the stand. It’s not. It’s light grey plastic. Plastic panels cover the inputs which give the back of the tv a very clean look.

This television is worth every penny spent. Very user friendly and a pleasure to set up. Doesn't take much tweeking to obtain the clearest, sharpest picture possible, even for not being OLED. Very heavy for a newer tv but the heft makes it seem worth the money, like something built back in the day, that lasts. The Smart features built-in seal the deal! After seeing it in store, high recommendations on television review sites, and trusting and having good luck with Sony products for over 25 years, my mind was made up. No regrets!

I was looking to upgrade my 11 year old Sony Bravia tv and set my sights on getting the new Samsung QLED, but decided to wait a few months to see if the price would come down, and glad that I did because Sony came out with their XBR65X930E and after checking out the reviews which were great and then looking at it at Best Buy I bought it. The build quality is excellent does not look cheap, the picture is great the 4K movies are awesome on this tv, the set up was easy, love the clean look from front to back, Sony did a great job on the design and the way all the cables are routed and hidden.

We haven't had the TV long but the picture is amazing. It's so crisp and clear. We were disappointed with the directions on how to set up the TV as it took a little while to get the channels to appear so we could use our Dish provider. This is our first Smart TV purchase and Sony needs to provide additional information to consumers who aren't familiar with all of the functionalities associated with it.

We stepped up from a 50" Panasonic Plasma to this TV. I compared this TV to other lower Sony models, but I couldn't talk myself out of this model & into a lesser expensive one. The picture quality difference was noticeable. I thought this Sony actually compared very well to the Sony OLED, only falling a little short in the depth of the blacks vs OLED. We are using the TV in a room with lots of windows, and are impressed by the added brightness and lower glare from ambient light vs the plasma. It's picture has even impressed some of our guests with the high quality images it delivers. This 65" TV is on the heavy side, but seems solidly built, hopefully it will last like other Sonys I've owned in past.. Sound quality is not bad from set's speakers, but to go along with the great picture, I'd recommend running audio thru quality external speakers. Great job Sony!

Really upset when our sharp Aquos died after 3 years. Did our due diligence researching & kept coming back to this Sony 4K ultra HD. Though only 3 years of technology distanced this tv from our sharp, the picture & overall quality is light years apart. The clarity, color & contrast is amazing.

First, this is an expensive TV - so, is the quality worth that cost? Yes, I believe it is. 4K video (Amazon, Netflix, Bluray) look amazing. I also have a new Sony receiver, and the two communicate well and the picture quality plus the sound put you in your own mini-theater - better than some actual theaters. I was considering a 55" TV, but seeing the 65" at the store, stepping back from it to the distance I'd be watching from, changed my mind. I'm happy I went with the 65". Comparing this to other large 4K TVs, it does look much better. It also is not OLED, so I don't have the burn-in issue to worry about. I can't image an OLED looking much better. The TV runs Google software. It's okay and seems to be common. Like Android in general, it's sometimes hard to figure out where some things are (like their app store - finding their content store was easy). I have a Harmony Hub which works well with it. The one big con: this thing is heavy. Best Buy delivered it for free, but unboxing and installing is all up to you (if you don't pay for the Geek Squad). You'll want two reasonably strong backs to heft it into place. I have mine on a stand. If you use a wall mount, make sure it's strong enough to hold this TV.

I did a ton af resurch before I bought a tv. I found that the new OLED tv was the one I wanted but they all have the same problem that no one is talking about they have burn in problem like the old crt screen used to do on computers when you lift text on all day. But thes led is great it has a great clear pic with brilent color.

I purchased this TV after returning the 900e due to really bad sound quality. The 900e sounded like it was playing inside of wooden box. The 930e has forward facing tweeters that make up for the aforementioned issue. The picture quality and motion rate is spot on. No complaints.
