This is the best TV I ever owned. Google Assistance incorporated within TV. Picture is phenomenal. Sound quality is unspeakable.

Secured as an open box; floor model. Given the amount of hours this has been on, it looks pretty awesome. I own the competitors C series and does not compare. Colors are brighter and more vibrant without saturating the picture. The darks are a lot easier to view than my other TV. The 5 degree angle, which the kickstand provides, also reduces the glare. A big help in a well lit room. Something that may not have been popular with other customers as the A9G did away with the kickstand. Moving from a 55” to 65” is a decision I appreciate. The 55” is great, but the extra landscape is easier on the eyes. Having thoughts of possibly moving to the 75”, but am holding for the moment. Definitely no regrets. Have put it through the paces already (sports, 4K movies, Netflix , console games). Plan to mount it next. Would give it a 4 as Best Buy’s policy did not give me the 5% rewards since it’s an open box. But would not feel right as it’s not a reflection of the TV.

I did research between this model and the new model coming out. There wasn't many differences, but I felt having a better capability for surround sound with the TV as the center speaker and the known sale price was great. I have had no issues with the TV since it was installed a month ago. Picture and sound are fantastic. Sometimes it looks almost 3D. This was a good replacement for the Plasma TV I did have.

This tv is a dream come true. The best thing about it is that if you get it professionally calibrated, this tv will have one of the most accurate color gamuts out there. It is so close that the color error is almost non existent. Excellent motion as only Sony can do, and the sound is excellent to the point that you can use it as a center speaker in your home theater set up. If you can afford it, it's the one to buy.

This was my 1st OLED and so glad that I did. Recently moved into a new house and had this mounted on the wall. Love the colors and the ability to get 4K when available and movies that have it. The center speaker in the TV is a new addition for Sony and made not having to get a soundbar as I have speadker system already in the walls of the house.

The Good: This TV is phenomenal. Blacks so deep that you can't tell if it's on or off. I had a X850C which was a nice 4K TV, I've held off upgrading because I didn't think there would be much difference. I was wrong, they aren't even in the same league. If you're on the fence go for it. PS4 Pro looks better than ever, eARC pass-thru is a huge upgrade that allows better audio pass thru to my soundbar. And Netflix Calibrated mode makes everything on Netflix look a bit better. Could Be Better: Google Home / Assistant doesn't work very well. And I don't like that you can't turn off the embedded mic in the TV. It will catch soundbar audio and think I'm asking it something. Be careful: this is not an LED/LCD screen, it's super thin and you def need 2 people to set it up and/or hang it. Read instructions on how to clean it so you don't damage the screen, it's much more sensitive than a LED/LCD

Sony A9F is on the upper end of the price scale, but worth the value in quality and features not found on other competitive OLED tv's. Do not skimp on premium HDMI cables or surge/noise protection.

Geek Squad installation went well. The picture quality is fantastic and any 4K video shows off the OLED capabilities but also makes standard HD look better.

We have had a 60" LG smart tv in our den for several years, and after playing several highly accredited Xbox One games for their great graphics, we decided it was time to update our tv. After reviewing several options, we landed on the most expensive. What sold us was the technology built in to upscale to high level 4K and the frequency in which it is upscaled. It has a great built-in sound bar as well as having chromecast. These are some nice features for others, but not so much for us since we prefer Apple and already had a very nice surround sound bought. The angle is odd at first since it's more propped up on a kick-stand more than sitting on a traditional stand. We are buying a wall mount soon so we can reclaim the entertainment space for all the other accessories.

We purchased and returned 2 different Samsung TVs with similar price points as the Sony. Tried the LG OLED returned it too. Got this Sony and I guess this is it. Ton of features, but the picture quality is really the best for us. It's the only Sony TV in the house, but it is the main viewing TV located in the living room, the rest are all Samsungs. Only reason not giving it 5 starts is because the software is quirky.

This tv is beautiful. The borderless screen makes it seem like piece of art. The best sound quality ever heard from a tv and it has really amazing blacks when watching any space scenes and real crisp edges.

Absolutely beautiful oled panel. I have a few lg Oleds as well that are excellent, but there's a certain refinement to the image on the Sony. Sound is also very good for a TV. I love the way it looks on my TV stand. It's like a work of art. Well done Sony

Simply amazing TV picture quality and sound quality! Wanted a simple system for the living room with no speakers and wires around the room. We got what we wanted and the Best Buy team did a great job explaining the features for me to make a decision

It was pricey but I can not help but think it was worth it. Even my DVDs that I but on a NAS look great. Sure beats the days of me being the remote control, and putting aluminum foil on the rabbit ears hoping for a little better picture.
