Plain and simple, this TV is amazing. Visuals look amazing, features are modernized and easy to access, and gaming is fun on this! Visuals - colour accuracy is outstanding. Straight out of the box, I feel I do not need any type of calibration done. I’ve tried some minor tweaking, but ultimately felt it was unnecessary. Professional mode is definitely a favourite for non DV media, and DV dark is setting media at its best I believe (so far with my collection). Dimming zones leave no choice to ‘settle’ between dark and bright, you get both with a clearly smooth transition! Gaming - is beyond immersive now. Whether playing on a PC or console, single player story driven games never looked better (sorry, not much for massive multiplayer shooters that FPS is paramount, but overall, visuals are buttery smooth for a tv). Sound - not too much to write home about. It comes with a decent 3D audio program that works in tandem with the speaker setup (and with PS5). However, if you are investing this much into a TV, sound should be coming from something more than your TV. But the 3D option shows a better quality than its competitors I believe. Sound pass through is exactly how it should be. No issues there. Features - the OS is Google TV. Right at your fingertips (literally and figuratively), navigation couldn’t be easier. Much better than past iterations and easily better than its competitors. I’ve had zero issues with accessing onboard apps and playing around with menu settings. Using your phone to signing in and pairing preferences made this all happen under 5mins of set up. Haven’t tested the Bravia cam yet, unfortunately I can’t say much on that front. Extra: Like most people (my guess), the usage of our entertainment room is mixed between gaming and movie watching (physical). I’ve been interested in Dolby Vision and most certainly interested in QD-OLED technology as it made its way in 2022. As it’s been quite awhile since I purchased my last television and over the last year I’ve been researching what to invest in (definitely recommend doing your own no matter what when making a purchase like this) and settled on this, which made the best of all worlds. Final - if you are wanting all the bells and whistles (QD-OLED with Dolby Vision, VRR, 120hz, etc) and willing to pay a premium over Samsung (the alternative to this type of TV, unless you want full WOLED with LG), this definitely is a TV that’ll cover you the next 8-10years or so (at least for me). I’ve experienced nothing bad so far, only good.

The Sony Bravia XR 77" A95L OLED UHD Smart TV Master Series is the best television I've ever seen or owned. It has great picture and contrast. The best color. It really lives up to the title as the best television in the world.

This is honestly the best TV ever made. Period. It does everything just so well. Have you been annoyed at the near black handling and poor dark scene performance of WOLED? Have you wished your TV had tremendous color volume? Have you always wanted your OLED to be as bright as an LCD but still maintain those inky black levels? Well then my friend, this is the TV for you. This 2nd generation Sony QDOLED has exceptional color volume, very high brightness for an OLED and uses that brightness at the right times in the right places. And Sonys XR processor is now well polished and with the added XR clear image feature, the picture looks phenomenal. Even low quality low bit rate content is cleaned up nicely. If you’re on the fence, just hop on over and take the plunge. It’s well worth the price premium. It’s just an all around exceptional TV. Not to mention the incredible out of the box picture/color accuracy, excellent sound design, and user friendly intuitive Google TV based software. And it won King of TVs for 2023 at the Value Electronics TV shootout. Sony has done it once again. You can’t go wrong with this TV. Especially in 77 inch size for immersive viewing. Just call it the A95Legend

This is the one. This is it. Best TV made hands down. The colors are so accurate and HDR highlights are amazing. I am enthralled every time I watch it. Very expensive but and probably overpriced but I’m not disappointed. This thing is amazing. I game on it watch tv and stream a lot of series, and it does a great job of everything I need it to do.

Sony often gets overlooked in TV comparisons because of the premium price tag. But if you want THE BEST picture quality then it is what it is. The A95L has something special that other TVs don't. The darker scenes pop like no other. It's beautiful to see. Even the wife agrees! And trust me that's saying something.

I love this TV! I did research and watched many reviews of this and the competition and was not disappointed with my purchase! Pros- games look amazing on it, It can get extremely bright and has excellent HDR. Since the software update, Dolby Vision looks great when using the Dolby Vivid option, has a find my remote feature (which I've used more than once), excellent features for fine-tuning the image the way you want and I appreciate the game features when using my Xbox Series X or my PS5. The processing does wonders with SDR content clearing it up and making it brighter. Cons- It is SUPER heavy so make sure that if you don't have it installed or mounted on the wall (like I chose) make sure that you have at least 1 other person to help you with it, The sound is great for a TV but if you're spending this much, get a Soundbar with satellite speakers and support Dolby Atmos trust me. Plus the TV can be used for a center channel with the correct soundbar! Only has 2 2.1 HDMI ports and one of them is the earc/arc connection. If you have multiple consoles that want to take advantage of the 120 hz refresh, get a GOOD 2.1 high bandwidth HDMI splitter so you can take advantage. It has to be a good one and make sure that splitter is 4 inputs and 1 output not the other way around.

Best television I've ever owned. The Google TV interface took a couple weeks to get used to since coming from a TCL. The Sony Bravia A95L has one of the best pictures, ever. We seen the new Wizard of Oz and Twisters movies in the theaters. The entire time I kept telling my wife "it would look better at home." And since they're both out for home purchase, they do. Sony is launching their own streaming movie platform, which for some movies will take advantage of IMAX filming-in my opinion is a must, after seeing it. There are also movies available for purchase, so long as they are Sony movies.

This is arguably one of the best TVs on the market. Sony has a winner with this one. I can see why they use this model on film sets to get the most accurate color. I’ve been using this model for about 1.5 months now, and I have to say, it’s been an incredible experience. The picture quality is absolutely stunning (i.e. brush strokes in matte paintings from old movies!). The OLED panel delivers deep, true blacks and vibrant colors that make everything from movies to video games pop in a way that’s almost lifelike. I’ve found that 4K content looks especially sharp, and even older, lower-resolution media is upscaled beautifully thanks to Sony’s XR Cognitive Processor. One of the standout features for me is the TV's exceptional motion handling. Fast-paced scenes, whether in action movies or sports, stay crisp and smooth, with no noticeable blur or judder. This makes watching high-action content feel immersive and cinematic. The sound quality is also impressive for a TV. While I haven't invested yet in a soundbar or component audio for a more immersive audio experience, the built-in speakers deliver clear dialogue and decent bass for casual viewing. Additionally, the Google TV interface is super easy to navigate, with quick access to all my streaming apps and services. I also appreciate the voice control feature—it makes searching for content effortless. Overall, this TV has exceeded my expectations. It’s a bit of an investment, but for anyone looking for a premium OLED experience with stunning visuals, smooth performance, and smart features, the Bravia XR A95L is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

Im extrenely picky about TVs becauze im suepr sensitive to minor imperfections and issues. Even minor color balances or upscaling issues stick out to me. Ive owned several Sony’s before (OLED, edge lit, full array) and i havent been happy with any of them. I basically just ‘put up’ with them. With this TV the only thing that bothers me in the slightest is that it only has a megabit ethernet port (i ordered a gigabit usb adapter for 15$) which is pretty negligable. The Google OS is buttery smooth, the color volume is phenomenal and the upscaling is most impressive. I watched an old bluray of The Rock and it looked like a decent 4K stream. Theres a built in menu option to display the signal information of the current HDMI input which is really nice. The A80L is probably fine for most people but if youre looking for the best of the best just order the Bravia Chungus and call it a day.

I always purchase my tv’s from Best Buy. They haven’t let me down yet. This tv is no exception. Delivery was great and the tv has a mind blowing picture! There are other tv’s the offer a larger screen size, but they pale in comparison. If your budget allows for it, then it’s definitely worth it!

The reviewers are not wrong. This is simply the best TV ever made. Upgraded from a Sony A9G Master Series OLED. The brightness, colors, motion and updcaling are a whole other level. Only gripe is the lack of HDMI 2.1 ports which I fiixed with a mrocioa hdmi 2.1 switcher for $80 on amazon. That device is nifty and allows for app based control. Also got a USB 3.0 to ethernet converter to get much faster internet speeds over a wired connection (the native ethernet port only supports 100mbps).

Simply an incredible TV. Perfect picture. It gives the wow factor every time it turns on. It’s pricey but totally worth it.

The colors are intense. TV size is cinematic. Paired with the below soundbar, couldn’t be more realistic each instrument. Very satisfying!

If you want a truly exceptional TV experience then take the plunge and upgrade to the Sony 77A95L and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve upgraded from a Sony 75X900F and I can honestly say I have absolutely no regrets. Picture quality,brightness,processing and overall performance is top notch. Ease of use from the OS is achieved with patience, practice and just getting used to where various information is located in the TV. It is detailed and available if you read up and get to know the layout. Using internet forums such AVS forum helps tremendously and is very informative. While this TV is great there are still some issues that should and need to be addressed by Sony hopefully with software updates such audio sync issues and Dolby Vision tweaks. I’m very optimistic that in short time Sony will step up and rectify these issues to their Flagship Masterpiece Series QD-OLED Winner. Supply has been scarce but with perseverance you to will be glad you made the decision.

We LOVE this tv! The picture is so brilliant and the sound quality is great. It puts our other tv to shame. So we may just have to get another one. It was an easy setup too which we appreciate!

The 77” A95L is beyond special . A gem and pioneer in TV technology. It’s exceptionally bright , colorful and just a joy to watch. It’s an experience and almost feels 3D. It’s that good ! There’s a reason why it’s being raved about. It’s currently sold out as of 12/13/23 too. We had an LG OLED and while it is a great television , it’s missing that insane Sony processing. And Google TV is top notch compared to LGs interface. Sony should be proud of what they created this year. Beyond mesmerizing.
