great product for the price. has great clarity, strong bass, and a comfortable fit. chord gets tangled when i put it in my pocket but its not a big deal

I had these headphones for 5 years and they've only started to now fall apart (the foam around the earpiece is ripped). I just ordered a new pair because they fit comfortably, have great sound quality and are durable. I use them for working out and never have a problem with the fit/feel and they don't slip. These are a great choice if you're like me and the ear bud headphones won't stay in place.

I was looking for new headphones and after using other Sony products I tried these. So far they have worked out great. They are a different and a little tight until you get used to them, but otherwise I recommend these. They have a long cord and sound great, and all for a good price.

I got these to see if I could listen to them in case I fall or choose to fall asleep in my bed while listening to them. I am glad I got them and at a low price. I often sleep with a blindfold and I have very long dreadlocks. I had previous problems with getting tangled up in the cord and waking up with one (or both) ear phones out of my ear. I have found a way with these headphones to lay on my side, back, or how ever and keep them on my ears. There were a couple of times when one came out of my ear, but after a few trial and error sessions I learned that I can get them to stay on my ears. They appear to be durable and sturdy. I mainly use them for sleep, however when I did use them for other activity's they worked well also. I'm VERY happy with the purchase because the headphones fit my needs. as far as hurting my ears, this can be solved by adjusting your head after a prolonged time or using a band from your blindfold for extra support.

These headphones are the best headphones I have ever had. My ears are too small for the headphones you put inside your ears, so these were perfect. I've had these for more than 5 years and I've had NO problems with them whatsoever. The only reason I'm buying new ones, is because I lost all four of the clip on pieces, and after prolonged wear and tear, the cotton on the part started to rip. Thats the only reason I am replacing them. They still work though! LoL

I bought these headphones after the great reviews. I will warn future buyers though- I have smaller ears and these headphones fall off when I go running unless I have my sunglasses sitting on top. One of the reasons I bought this one was because they were supposed to be very comfortable- I dont find this to be true, but it could be due to my smaller ears.

I had a pair of these for quite a few years, and was very pleased with them. I used them almost exclusively for portable listening, while walking or traveling on mass transit, and can't count the number of times I snagged the cord on a railing or post and had one or both of the phones yanked off of my ears. Yet, unlike nearly every other pair of "cheap headphones" I've ever tried, I never had any problems with the cord breaking or the sound quality degrading as a result of the abuse. Sony clearly builds these to last. They can get a tiny bit uncomfortable after a few hours of wear (I wear eyeglasses, which probably contributed), and I can certainly see how they wouldn't be secure enough for "active" uses like running or biking. But for a simple pair of headphones you can carry around with you, but aren't so expensive you have to worry about them getting knocked around or lost/stolen, they fit the bill!

I've had this headphones for about a month now. There are great, i wear them everyday when I'm just walking around places. Haven't had one problem with this headphones. Great product!!! Great price!!!

This is a great product! Much better than earbuds.

Getting these on is a bit of a trick. They flare out at the back a bit, which makes it more difficult to put them on. If they were more curved down instead of flared out, the process would be much smoother.

I like the fact that I do not have to shove a piece of plastic in my ear to use my Ipod that eventually gives me a headache.
