These sony hearing aids are better than i thought they
Would be. I spent $2500.00 for eargo which i loved but after one year they stopped holding a charge and were barely lasting
2 hours, so i thought id try the sony at $799.00 but take batteries, they have a very clear sound and easy to change the battery
Which has been lasting me a week before i need to change them,
and thats with them in my ears from 15 to 18 hours a day. The app is just ok but hoping sony works on that to make it better. I like the in canal type aids and these stay in great and cant see them in my ears, they are easy to clean and take care of, and great sound make them a great buy for me.

It’s tiny and discreet. Set up take about 10 minutes with the app. A little too loud when it started. Has a find tuning feature on the app that is very helpful. Started watching without the closed caption which was very exciting. Im still getting used to it. Only complain is my tinnitus is still there but I think it got better. Highly recommended.

Signia Silk NX7 .vs Sony

These are great hearing aids. I had used the Signia Silk NX7 for five years when I lost one. The Sony CRE-C10 is virtually identical from a hardware stand point. I decided to try the Sony branded version this time. The software is the big difference.
The Sony hearing aids are easy to set up. The do not have all the software and sound processing features of the expensive Signia version. I loved my old hearing aids, but the cost to replace the just one hearing aid was $3,500.00
I thought why not try the Sony hearing aids and get two new hearing aids for $1,000
The Sony version is not as great in a restaurant at eliminating background chatter.
The user software interface is almost identical between the two rebranded products. These are great for this moment it time. But I would love to find a more adjustable version.
The self set up software is easy and good. However, the adjustment software is the worst part of these hearing aids. Very limited.
I am just hoping that Sony actually makes their own hearing aids someday that offers a 20 band EQ and compression settings like Adobe’s Sound Essential software.
When they do I will gladly upgrade.
Also you might notice odd shaped chunks cut out of the Click Sleeves pictures I have attached. Cutting in these extra holes reduces the stuffed up hearing feeling. I receive plenty of natural sounds coming though the holes.

I’ve been wearing these hearing aids for 3 weeks now. I haven’t needed anyone to repeat themselves. My husband says he has his quality of life back because I’m not constantly asking him to speak up! Win/win!!! I did have to purchase over the ear headphones for music tho bc I can’t use Apple air pods anymore. So there’s that additional financial burden.

Exceed expectations!!

I got these for my 88 year old mother who has severe hearing loss hoping they would help at least a little. They helped A LOT!! Well beyond what either of us expected. They fit very well and work perfectly for her. She had her hearing tested last spring and getting even a basic set of hearing aids was going to cost around $3000. With them telling her that her hearing was so bad she had pretty much decided against getting hearing aids thinking it to be a waste of money. Fortunately you can now buy prescription quality hearing aids over the counter at a much more affordable cost. Sony knocked it out of the park with the CRE-C10.
Even though I don’t have any hearing loss as of yet, I did need to try them on myself first in order to not only do this review, but know how to instruct my mother on how to use them and what to expect. After I set them up for myself via the hearing test the app performs on you, they sounded a bit strange to me. They do not sound like hifi earbuds that I have reviewed before nor did I expect them to because they are tailored to make speech understandable. Next I explained to mom what we were going to do and how the app performs the hearing test and showed her how you can tweak the app for the best results once setup is complete. We then proceeded to set them up for her. I’ll describe the procedure later in the review. After that she could hear again!!! Literally!! I no longer need to shout my head off at her like trying to get a lead guitar player’s attention during a sound check. ;-) Seriously, my mother’s hearing had gotten to the point where we wondered if any hearing aid would help. She also has tinnitus and sinus pressure affects her hearing too. Now she can watch TV through its speakers or the soundbar without blasting our heads off. She no longer needs to use the wired headphones she’s had to use for years except at night when wife and I have gone to bed. The hearing aids are tiny and fit her ear canals very well. See photos. We can now have conversations without me getting a hoarse sounding throat from literally shouting to make sure she doesn’t miss a word. She can hear her phone notifications and the hearing aids work well with phones. These do not function as a personal bluetooth device for cell phone calls or listening to music via bluetooth. But you can hear the phone better with them in and not have to turn the phone loud enough for anyone else in the room to hear both sides of your conversation.
The Sony CRE-C10 hearing aids come with a six pack of batteries, silicone ear canal fitting tips, cleaning brush and a carrying case. The hearing aids connect via bluetooth not just for setting them up and adjusting the EQ and volume but work together to provide clarity in varying ambient sound enviroments. The instructions tell you to download an app and then the app will guide you from there as to what to do.
Do pay attention as to how to insert them into your ears as you need a good tight fit to get the best performance. But not so tight as to be uncomfortable. There are 4 sizes of silicone tips included with the “small” size preinstalled on the hearing aids. Sony advises not to reuse the “click tips” once removed. They didn’t say why.
I was able to set them up on my phone and hers without any problems. Samsung S22 Ultra and Note 10+. Next the app will perform a hearing test on the left ear and then the right. It’s a simple test where it will play tones at different frequencies and levels and you count the number of times it plays them, 0 to 3. It does this several times before switching to the other ear for the second part of the test. Once it’s finished you can use the app to set the volume, adjust bass and treble and fine tune the audio response.
The hearing aids run on batteries as mentioned before. Sony does have some rechargeable ones but they are quite a bit larger. I think these are better because they are tiny and you don’t need to remember to charge them or wait on them to charge because you forget to. But you better not forget to have some batteries on hand either. ;-) When you’re not using them, you open the battery door to turn them off. Battery life is rated at approximately 70s hours which should give about 6 days if used 12 hours a day.
Conclusion: Very highly recommended. They indeed exceeded all expectations and to quote my mother: “Made an old woman very happy”.

Outstanding hearing aides, the absolute best I’ve tried! These Sony hearing aides are slim, comfortable & provide excellent sound. They are easy to set up & the app makes it simple to adjust the volume or the treble/bass balance. I tried Eargo & a couple other brands but these are the best for quality sound and price. I only wish Sony had this slim style hearing aide with rechargeable batteries.

These Sony self-fitting OTC hearing aids are phenomenal. I wasn’t sure if OTC aids would be sufficient for recently diagnosed mild hearing loss but they surpassed my expectations. This particular set ships with the hearing aids, a storage case, additional size sleeves, cleaning brush and cloth, and six size 10 batteries. Setup is simple although a little time consuming. The entire process takes approximately 20-30 minutes and should be performed in a quiet setting. After inserting the batteries, I had to download the Sony Hearing Control app, create an account and perform the initial setup. The hearing aids insert easily, fit comfortably in the ear canal, and have a small string that is used to easily pull them from the ears. The aids ship with small sleeves pre-installed but the sleeves can be swapped for extra-small, medium, or large if the preinstalled sleeves aren’t adequate. Initial setup first pairs the aids with the app and then performs a hearing test to determine the proper hearing profile. The test is similar to traditional hearing tests and plays in segments containing anywhere from 0 to 3 tones at varying volumes before asking how many tones were heard. After each segment completed, I was presented with a multiple choice from 0 to 3. This cycle is repeated numerous times for each ear individually. The tones can be replayed if uncertain or if environmental noise interferes. Therefore it’s important to perform the calibration in as quiet an environment as possible. Once the initial setup and hearing profile setup are completed, the aids are ready for use. It took a few minutes to get accustomed to the newly amplified sound but they quickly sounded natural. The aids work great for general conversations, watching television, or listening to music among other uses. The television volume was cut in half from 80 to 40 and people no longer must repeat themselves when speaking quietly or from farther away. Volume can be increased or decreased in the app. The aids do not have a power button nor can they be powered off through the app. The only way to power them off is to open the battery compartment doors which disconnects the batteries from the aids. Sony suggests leaving the battery compartment doors open when the aids aren’t in use to extend battery life to 5-7 days. I get roughly 3 days of battery life if the doors are always left closed. As I said at the beginning, these aids are phenomenal. They’re comfortable, easy to use, and truly help with mild to moderate hearing loss.

The Sony CRE-C10 self-fitting (and extremely small) hearing aids are fantastic! I never knew setting up and using hearing aids could be so simple and fit so comfortably. For setup, you scan the provided QR code which will give you the link to the Sony Hearing Control app which MUST be used in order to set them up. This works with both Apple and Android systems. I just followed along on my iPhone as the app led me through the simple setup, including putting in those tiny batteries. Then I put them into my ears. It took me a little bit moving them around to get them in the right position for me, but once they went into place I realized that was the only spot they could go. They actually go just inside the ear canal and sit snugly held in by the tragus (I had to google to find the word for that part of the ear!), that is the little flappy part next to the canal. Then wow, these hearing aids are very small and lightweight and so comfortable in my ears. They are so easy to wear that since I’ve I gotten used to using them, I now forget they are even in my ears. To remove them, you simply pull them out of your ears with the little “removal cord.” Funny thing, whenever I saw that in someone’s ear, I thought it was a teeny antenna (actually, at first I thought it was a bug!!!)! Now I know better. Anyway, to finish setup, you are guided through a fine-tuning process of sorts where the aids are personalized to your hearing. They do this by playing a series of beeps with different tones/volumes and you indicate, by a touch to your phone, when you hear each tone. Once customized, they’re ready to use.
These hearing aids come complete with 6 size 10 batteries. You only need 2 at a time which they say they will last about 70 hours. Of course, this will vary depending on your usage. Also included: 3pr of extra tips or sleeves (extra small, medium and large - they come with the small attached), a cleaning brush and cloth along with the user guide, and the warranty and safety information.
So, how do they work? The sound quality is amazing! These Sony hearing aids are wonderful. They have changed my world by allowing me to hear conversations clearly without reading lips and without feeling left out! I tried another so-called OTC hearing aid before which were big and cumbersome; they didn’t stay behind my ears and sent very loud awful screeching noises into my ears. I couldn’t stand them and so I didn’t use them. These hearing aids are so much better and so different! And, I am told, it isn’t obvious to the observer that I have them in my ears. It looks like my ear canal - unless, of course, they are up close and personal with me. The FDA has cleared these as a medical device, which “applies to certain air-conduction hearing aids intended for people 18 years of age and older who have perceived mild to moderate hearing impairment”. These are the first ones I’ve seen - they are brand new. They cost a lot less than prescription hearing aids and I didn’t even need to go to the hearing doctor to get them. I would HIGHLY recommend these Sony CRE-C10 OTC Self-Fitting Hearing Aids to family and friends and anyone looking for that needed help to hear clearly.

Over the Counter Hearing Aids are Life Changing

I have always had issues with my ears growing up due to ear infections and some hereditary genes. When I heard you can get hearing aids OTC I googled it and best buy came up with a hearing test option. I waited since I didn't have headphones. I got to last Saturday, at first I passed the test but redid the test as I didn't think that was right. I noticed it said set them at a comfortable volume but I didn't realize my comfortable volume is too loud because of hearing loss. I redid the test and it confirmed mild-moderate loss. I drove an hour away to pick up the only ones in stock to try out before I meet with an audiologist. I'm so glad I did because I immediately noticed a change. The volume I could hear wasn't all that much better but everything was balanced. I soon learned with the app there are so many adjustments I can do to choose my desired volume and loudness in each ear. You can adjust bass and treble on a single setting which I'm still learning about. I also realized yes I have some hearing loss but my main issue is tinnitus once I pulled out the one from my bad ear the ringing was so intense I cupped my ear and had them back in within five seconds. I keep them in all the time and the replaceable battery was a downfall but it's not. I can't wait for charging due to needing them in as long as possible and the batteries last 4-5 days wearing them 14-16 hours a day. It's maybe $10 a month in batteries that is nothing for your wellbeing. Speaking of wellbeing, at first associates said I only had 15 days to return, since I'm not a total tech member, and if I returned them they would be recycled, making me feel as if I'm doing something bad if I return them. This isn't just tech though it's about your wellbeing and if a Dr. recommends something more I will return them. I got an email after saying hearing aids have a 60 day return policy and the hearing enhancers are the 15 day return window. I hope I stick with these because a reviewer mentioned these are better for tinnitus than the $3,000 eargo 6 and those are go to for tinnitus without breaking the bank. These are a third the cost and Sony knows a thing or two being in audio for as long as they have. Multiple rubber inserts as all ears are different and they are so small and comfortable, people don't even know I have them in unless I tell them. Major kudos to Best Buy and Sony for staying up with the times because saying these are amazing is an understatement. They have truly changed my life, I've been missing a lot and the world is so different now. Still seek out an audiologist but you can start here at least, my life has dramatically improved and it's getting better each day, it will not hurt to try but you do need to pay attention and make adjustments it's easy to have them too loud or not balanced and that won't help ease the strain on your brain. I've had to adjust quite a bit and its only been 5-6 days but it's so easy with the app as long as you understand how it works.

I understand the compromises, and still prefer completely in ear (CIC) style hearing aids, which these are. Face it, we're in an ageist and ablest world and I don't want to advertise my hearing loss with things hanging over my ears. These are "practically speaking" invisible - they can be seen if someone is looking in your ear but people are not looking in your hear hole, lol. The black color is actually visually very similar to what people see when you don't have these in. Flesh color models are considered by most to be actually more visible and obvious.
For context, I had an unsuccessful experience working with audiologists in a medical setting and discovered these while doing additional research because I was becoming frustrated. I tried the very top of the line custom models from the best known and respected hearing aid manufacturers. OTC (over the counter) is the new frontier for hearing aids so I likely would not have known how good these are comparatively had I simply purchased them first.
These are better, for me, for several reasons:
a) They are customized using flexible tips allowing the customer to experiment with size and fit for comfort.
b) The "fitting" (the term for customizing the sound of hearing aids) process, where in a medical/prescription environment, the audiologist performs a hearing test to create an "audiogram" and then programs the hearing aids based on that vs. the Sony smartphone app that allows the user to do a simple hearing test using the actual Sony hearing aids in a relatively quick and easy process to program (aka fit) them specific to your hearing. Is a skilled audiologist arguably better? Perhaps for some and yes for others with severe hearing loss, but it involves multiple appointments, still leaving you dependent on them for adjustments. Hearing aids cannot be perfect so trial and error should be expected. These allow the user to do that by themselves - both with the tips for comfort and using the app for sound adjustments/fit. The tips also have an effect on sound - you want them as tight as possible while still comfortable enough to wear all day.
c) These are actually made by one of the very top of the line manufacturers of prescription grade hearing aids, so the technology is truly incredible. While they do not support Bluetooth (CRE-C10 - the CRE-E10 support Bluetooth but do not fit completely in the ear) the C10's leverage a unique technology that allows the user with the smart phone app to have some limited control over the volume and tone (bass & treble) as well as other adjustments after the initial settings. This capability is very important, because sound environments are subjective, and you have the ability to tweak them to your preference on demand, vs. prescription grade models that make adjustments dynamically for you - also very cool technology but I like control in my hands, and don't have the time or patience for continued adjustments with an audiologist.
d) These employ a technology I think is unique to this manufacturer that compensates "own voice" better, so when you talk it is not as different sounding as with others (you get used to it, but expect this), and know these compensate for that fantastically - compared to anything available today. Again, hearing aids cannot be perfectly natural sounding. But in my experience and opinion, for me, these over the counter C10's perform as well or better than prescription models.
e) Cost: I did in fact try the prescription version of these, which cost 4-5x the price, with one added benefit for the price - the prescription model has built in rechargeable batteries (unique to this manufacturer). The C10's use tiny batteries that must be replaced. However, they are lasting a good week for me, and I don't need to worry about the hearing aids dying when the rechargeable batteries wear out. The batteries are inexpensive, and common so not hard to find.
f) Finally, they are returnable - by law. Because they are classified as a medical device and per the law surrounding hearing aids, if they don't work for you, you can return them, opened and used. Check BBY's terms for yourself but I believe they allow a longer return window than required by law. I will not be returning mine.
Cons:
Due to these not being custom molded you may experience some feedback in certain situations. The different size tips and smartphone app gives you the ability to adjust for that, so it can be addressed by you - no audiologist appointments required.
So in summary, for this user, for at least 1/4 the price and at least 1/10th the time commitment these are an amazingly powerful stellar performing hearing aid. Do understand that for severe hearing loss or for other medical issues that may be affecting your hearing over the counter may not be right for you. This is just opinion so I don't need the disclaimer, but do advise considering seeking professional care - the instructions in the box handle this pretty well. My personal hearing loss is classified as "moderate".
I love these, and will repeat, I probably would not have known how great they are without having first tried professional prescription grade care fittings and models.

I’ve been using the Sony CRE C-10’s for a week and a half without issue until today. It seems most of the poor reviews I’ve read have been related to the app, which until today had worked flawlessly with my IPhone 8. Today for whatever reason the hearing aids seemed to loose sync, they still worked, but were completely unresponsive to the app. I ended up deleting and reloading the app and going through the setup process again which resolved the issue.
Prior to trying the Sony’s, I tried a pair of Eargo-6 which I ended up returning. Hands down, at least for me, the Sony is superior in almost every way. I know many of the things I’ve experienced will very by individual, but for me I found the Sony’s to be more comfortable and more natural sounding. With the Eargo, I experienced feedback quite often with music, backup beepers on equipment, even the tone on the microwave, I’ve experienced very little to none of this with the Sony’s and if I do it’s very minor. The Sony’s fit nicely for me with the pre installed small tips. My wife claims they are less noticeable than the Eargo’s since I had to insert Eargo’s with the string up so I could get hold of it (this is something Eargo outlines in the manual). Even the Sony app with its issues is better than Eargo’s app. About the only thing lacking in the Sony is an IPX rating.
Hopefully Sony can get the bugs worked out of their app. If so I think they’ll have a winner.

I have been using those hearing aid for 2 weeks now and so far I’m impressed. Use to have behind the hear rechargeable and bluetooth that i got from a hearing specialist paid 2000$ and they last only one year after that the wouldn't recharge. So i read a lot of reviews and they fit perfectly in my ears.the battery last 5 days and the sound is very clear. They don’t have bluetooth but it’s a good thing because my other one wouldn’t last all day. So yes i would certainly recommend them and at 899$ special price its a good deal.

I love these self fitting hearing aids, no more need to go back over and over to the hearing doctor and pay ridiculous amounts to fit-test and buy low quality ones, thanks Sony!
I'm surprised how tiny they are, they fit perfectly in my ear canal. I like that Sony also includes everything you need to start with them. Tiny hearing aid batteries (six of them, you only need two to start), cleaning brush and wipe, a nice carrying case and a set of different sizes silicone thingies that go inside you ear canal (depending of your fit and liking).
Once you insert the batteries (they use batteries and are not rechargeable) you open Sony's app on your phone (or tablet) and it will guide you step by step on how to set them up and more importantly, how to tune them depending on your hearing. It's very easy, each device will produce certain amount of beeps and the app will ask you how many you heard and will keep going on until you finish with each ear. Once done, it saves your configuration and the app is ready to go. The app will allow you to increase or decrease volume and also tune if you want more treble or lows.
I am amazed at how good they work and feel. They also had a tiny cable each that looks like a fishing line, it is to be able to grab them and take them out (they are so tiny and go inside your ear canal, that if it wasn't for that tiny cable you wouldn't be able to grab them).
I highly recommend them if you are starting to have some hearing loss or you are noticing you have to increase volume on your TV to higher levels in example. I had and my family members were telling me 'lower the tv volume, its too high!", now with these I can hear the TV and any other sounds and/or conversations clearly and I don't have to spend on expensive visits to the hearing center near me. They really replace that for mild hearing loss. Of course if you are noticing yours is severe, always talk to a doctor (Sony also tells you to do so).
I would say, the only con with them, is when you store them in the carrying case, if you want so save battery live, you can to always open them up, so the battery inside doesn't make contact, a little annoying, I wish there was a mini button or so instead of doing that all the time. But its a minor thing.

Comfortable in the ear canal - very much so. These hearing aids do not stick out of the ear. Set up may be a bit difficult - but follow the instructions word by word, action by action and it will turn out well. I do use an iPhone for which these aids are easily paired to. There is no adjustment on the device itself - it is run by the app on the iPhone. After set up adjustments can be made using the app. While all, yes all, of the many reviews I read before purchase indicated having replaceable battery is a negative, I believe it is a huge positive. Good batteries are a little as twenty-five cents each. They should last at least five days. Despite the reviews I read - changing the batteries is no big deal. They make it sound like rocket surgery (whatever). It is not. The yearly cost should be less than $40 and one never has to worry about finding an outlet to recharge. Go on vacation and bring along a couple of bucks worth of batteries and leave the charger at home - less hassle and less to keep track of. Now - how do they work? I am pleased to tell you they are great. My hearing "problem" is with young people who do not enunciate, speak too fast and at a low volume. Now I can place an order at a fast food counter without having to say, "please say that again". I haven't watched a movie at home from a DVD - but I am expecting that I won't have to have the subtitles on and the volume will be acceptable to my friends. I got tired having lunch with old people at the same table laughing at jokes the speaker made that I could not understand. I heard him speak - but could not decipher what was said. Thank goodness the government loosened the reins on OTC hearing aids in the autumn of 2022. That brought competition on quality and pricing. The consumer - you and I - are the winners. If you have "blurry hearing" check out OTC hearing aids. Review the rapidly evolving and improving offerings. Then stop denying your hearing is not is as sharp as it once was. Next step - change your life - hear the full spectrum once again. Yes - it is a financial investment, but one you will not regret.

Got them last night, found as did another review. They do not work with Android. Tried to connect with Samsung phone and tablet. Just clocked and clocked, reason for 3 star review. I carry a S21, so this is an issue.
Opened my IPAD, the hearing aids linked in and were up and working. No issues at all. I am a first time hearing aid user. I know I have had a issue for some time. I do not hear high pitch sounds correctly. After going through the app to setup. All I can say. They work and are comfortable to wear. Now time will tell, but I can hear people speaking much better and can turn the tv much lower.

Amazingly good for something so small and discreet and relatively affordable. Easy to put in and stays put. Quite comfortable.
There’s an adjustment phase as the brain adjusts to new sounds and frequencies, so I’m hoping they will continue to become more helpful over time. I find it easily as helpful or even more so compared with my
$1800 behind the ear model and definitely more convenient to use.
Having to be aware of battery life and need to change them is a bit of a negative but worth it given price and small size.
App is quite basic but easy to use and provides as many adjustments as I need.
I would definitely recommend for someone with mild to moderate hearing loss. I find I don’t miss having Bluetooth as I use regular earbuds for music and many phone calls.

They’re ok, but not perfect

These hearing aids do aid in hearing. They’re not perfect and feel more like amplifiers. They take a lot of adjusting and I’m constantly having to turn them up especially in settings where I’m in a big room. It makes my own voice seem loud to me and now others struggle to hear what I’m saying. They don’t do much for background noise cancellation either which is bothersome. I chose them because I expected excellence from Sony, but now I think a cheaper pair may have been just as good. The case is not secure and I’ve opened it more than once to discover the devices are not in the case. They fit comfortably and I don’t feel them when I’m wearing them.

Very good basic hearing aids

These hearing aids are probably one of the best of the new OTC hearing aids. The sound quality is excellent and they are small and light weight.
That said one must put in perspective the fact that they are not what one would get from an Audiologist. They are a good value for the money but they may not work for all who need hearing assistance.
They will only work well if properly setup via the app. This is the weak link. One must take care to understand and use the app properly to get proper performance. If setup correctly they perform well.
Some may wish for more bells and whistles but as basic hearing aids they work as well as one can expect for a DIY solution.

I have had these Hearing Aids for 10 months and actually Love them. Side note: Also have professionally fitted hearing aids aside from these.
The Sony CRE-C10 are Great hearing aids. I can hear well with them and they have a lot of features that work well for me. First of all no one can even see them in my ears. Secondly as I wear glasses they don't get in the way of the arms on my glasses. Third, they are very convenient as you do not have to worry about charging them. Just keep a spare set of batteries in the two front holes of your carrying case. Note on Batteries: And this may be just me but the better batteries seem to provide better sound quality through their life of approximately 3 days. Fourth if you have to wear any type of Helmet they make fitment of the helmet more comfortable. Fifth, If you are in any noisy environment you can take your phone and turn the Volume slider down to zero. This has been a big help. But make sure You are aware they are not hearing protection. These are just a few tips that I think you will find helpful. If you buy these I think You will find them a pleasure like I have

BEST OTC Hearing Aid!

After trying several OTC hearing aids and returning them I decided to try one more time before I would go to a Professional Audiologist and pay the price.
I am glad I tried the Sony's. Fit and Setup is very simple and what I really like is the app's simplicity. Fine tuning is easy to work with. It took the first month just getting used to all the sounds and something in my ears. IT WAS TOUGH. But after 2-1/2 months I can't believe what I have been missing out on all these years. I now have them in from when I wake up to when I go to bed. I can go on and on but they are worth the price. I wanted rechargable, bluetooth and something discreet. But I just wanted to be able to hear and didn't want things hanging off my ears. People don't even notice I have these plus I wear them in the gym with no problems. You wont be dissapointed but you will have to put the time in to adjust to your new hearing. Thank You Sony!!!!
