I LOVE the sound on this speaker! I am very pleased with the sound quality. You can change the sound settings depending on the type of music you are listening to. I tried this out in store before ordering (they were out of stock in store) and loved the bass sound. It sounded just as good as the more expensive models in store. The only thing that I have issues with is on occasion the sound drops for a split second, almost like the bluetooth connection is refreshing or dropped momentarily. Otherwise I have no complaints!

Great battery life. Compact size and easy to carry around. Can use it as a speaker phone. Sound is good.

We bought this for our daughter to bluetooth to her phone and have loved it! We actually borrow it for our trips to use in the hotel rooms. Has great sound, good bass, plenty of volume and small enough to keep in your carry bags. We are extremely happy and would recommend to anyone!

This is a great sounding speaker. It holds the charge for weeks. Very easy to sync to various devices.

This speaker is small but has a very good sound...solid bass and balance, Easy to pair blue tooth devices. Worth the money.

Got this speaker on sale, and it connects easily with my iPad. I also have a Bose bluetooth speaker, which is normally the same retail price as the Sony. The Bose sounds better and seems better built, but if you can get the Sony on sale, it is more than adequate and you can save a few bucks. I haven't yet seen the Bose speakers on sale yet.

The speaker has good volume and is a nice size. My IPhone connects to it with no problem.

I selected this speaker after testing virtually everything in stock at Best Buy. It has excellent sound quality and outstanding bass response, all at a reasonable price point. It's very easy to set up connecting immediately to my Bluetooth device. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a small Bluetooth speaker with excellent sound quality.

bought this speaker after considering some others, this sony looks beautiful, sounds excellent, and also is good value. the brick like shape is much better compared to last years oval shape. the sound also seemed excellent compared to last year model as well as the competitors.

Got this speaker to listen to music in and around my vehicle while synced to phone or ipod. It works as advertised, with nice clear tones and good bass. Only problem is it doesn't sync with iphone 6, but it works great when connected with a small cable. Syncs fine with MacBook and ipod. Definitely worth the price.

We bought this little guy on the way to a beach bonfire and..... impressed! For its size, the sound is awesome. I would say it's perfect for the beach, pool, hiking, etc. We have a much larger sony speaker and I'd say this one is on the same level size vs. sound. Enjoy!

Exceeded my expectations, has great sound!!! Can't even turn it up to fullest extent as I live in an apt and don't want to get a nasty gram but it's amazing for sure! Use it every morning when getting ready and every weekend when hanging with friends. Haven't even had a problem with battery not keeping charge. Love this lil guy!

I did a lot of research both in store and online before purchasing this model. As the small/mid speakers go the is definitely the best in terms of sound quality. It does not have that "Tinny" sound that other small speakers do and has surprising bass. The addition of the mic is very handy for conference calls as well.

This SONY BT speaker is awesome! Better sound than the Bose Mini Link.The SONY XRX-33 gives solid low bass, clean mids and highs. When played via my LG3 phone with Bluetooth, Bose sounds much worse than when on the store display. Unlike the Bose, the SONY continued to sound great while linked to my LG3.

I was hesistant at first about this speaker after reading all of the reviews which talked about sound distortion at high volumes. So I tested this speaker at various stores with their engineered speaker displays and found the sound to be good. I compared it to cheaper and more expensive speakers and thought that this was decent. I'm happy I bought it. This speaker performs very nicely with a full sounding spectrum of music. While it may be on the more expensive side and doesn't have features such as weather/water proofing, shock proofing or anything else, the sound is excellent for indoor listening at moderate volumes across a wide spectrum of music genres.,

This speaker is amazing as a travel speaker since the size allows me to use it for that purpose, for its small size the sound quality is amazing coming from someone who is veey picky about sound quality of speakers would definitely buy another one if i needed to or to give it as a gift

I'm very pleased with the quality and sound of this speaker. I compared it to Boss and few others. You get the best bang for your bucks with the Sony. Also it is smaller compared with the boss and easier to carry around.

I can't get over how good this tiny box sounds and for how much it cost me! Battery doesn't last quite as long as I would like, but it is an easy sacrifice for the amazing bass and overall sound this unit kicks out! Very happy with this Sony Bluetooth speaker.

Coming in at the size of a big beer can comes this amazing little device that provides huge hi fi sound with very little distortion. I use it everywhere, at work, at home, indoor and out. No batteries to change, no cables or cords, perfection!
