Switched from Canon DSLR to Sony mirrorless and am loving it. Should have known long time back. Anyway I would definitely recommend hobbyist or pro photographers. It's amazing size makes easier to carry around and shoot but my only concern is the battery life. It just drains out quickly and I would suggest an extra batteries. Hope Sony improves the battery life or supply more than 2 batteries. It would definitely help. Thank you Sony for making such a wonderful camera.

Best battery brand. So I bought this battery after my last one went missing but it was a blessing in disguise. My last one was a generic brand and the battery life didn’t last long. It was very frustrating. I have had no issues with the battery life on this one. I have been able to go a full day taking photos without having to worry about it dying on me. I totally recommend for everyone.

Having tried cheaper versions of this battery for our video camera and them both dying after 2 uses I'm back to only buying Sony ones. I tried buying these from Amazon but there a very lengthy delay, so looked for other places to purchase from. BestBuy is online, who knew - sorry guys but I didn't. Ordered and received within 2 -3 days. Was informed of delivery every step of the way too, same price as Amazon AND free delivery! So if I need anything else electronic I'll come here.

Battery works well and held charge for just as long as the original battery that came with my camera. I did this order as a drive-up pickup and unfortunately the box given to me was empty (I assume it was KT.) I immediately went in the store and explained what happened to the workers inside. They were extremely helpful to me and resolved my issue quickly. Love this battery and the camera I got previously to use it in. No complaints with value or quality.

After wasting good money on third party batteries, I have decided to only buy Sony batteries. Why take a risk on an expensive camera that can be damaged by a cheap battery? I have had cheap ones that ended up swelling and luckily was able to remove it before real damage was done to the camera body. These Sony batteries have built-in safety features that are made to work with Sony battery chargers. They are expensive initially but quite possibly cheaper in the long run, all things considered. I use the NP-FW50 in my Sony a6400.

I love taking lots of pictures when I travel, so having two fully charged battery packs that I can rely on is great! It's terrible when you find that one thing that you'd love taking a picture of, but can't because your battery pack just died! Well, having this second fully charged battery pack has worked out great! It's somewhat bulky, but fits well in the pocket of the typical Sony camera bags. And I recommend buying this Sony name brand; works well with the a6000.

Bought a replacement battery for my Sony ZV-E10 for a trip. Didn't need to charge it throughout the day, and at the end of the day it still had 1/3 of the charge left. Size is perfect.

Okay, so a couple of months ago, I purchased a Sony A6000 from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier (see that review)! I started with the battery it came with because I thought I would snapping a couple of photos here and there, nothing too crazy. Well I was completely wrong!!! I fell in love with that camera, and then fell in love with photography even more! I could not put the camera down. I started taking it everywhere! So what's a guy to do when the camera dies? Purchase another battery of course! And that's exactly what I did. I purchased not one, but two more of these Sony - NP-FW50 High-Capacity Lithium-Ion Batteries. Yes, there are off brands you can purchase for cheaper, but my outlook on that is, why buy cheaper products for a high quality camera?! That defeats the purpose. These batteries charge fast, hold a charge for a long time (depending on usage of course), and even tell you the percentage of battery left on your sony camera screen. Plus, Sony is definitely a name you can depend on, and they back up their products if you have any problems. Anyway, definitely recommend this product for any of the sony line cameras. A bit pricey, but you won't regret it. Tip: You can find these on sale from time to time at bestbuy.com OR the other option is, find them cheaper somewhere else and Best Buy will PRICE MATCH! They are amazing at price matching.

I love this battery for the size and portability, only thing i wish was that it would be a bit cheaper. but other than that, its enough power for a good photo session.

excellent product. I had one battery already but needed to buy another one. This samsung battery works great on my a6400 camera. Long battery life.
