    Call center agent - love these - they block out the noise from loud talkers - I do have to remove from ears to listen to someone talking to me, not on phone - the charge lasts a good 2 days; very comfortable not too heavy. A bit pricey but worth it!!

    I got these on sale but I'd pay full price for them, they are worth it! These are the best headphones I've ever owned. The sound is great, truly noise cancelling. And the are so comfy! I never have connectivity problems. I really can't say enough how much I love these.

    I basically bought these headphones due to 'work from home' becoming the new normal. I am pretty pleased with the performance and have been using it practically all day for attending to office meetings and trainings. It is great to hear music as well and although I have not used it much for that purpose, but, it seems nice. The noise cancellation is fantastic and shuts you off from the external world. On the flip side, I have had issues when during a Skype or Zoom call, I can no longer hear the participants speaking. I would then need to switch off and switch on the headphone to be able to hear them again. Happens on and off without any set pattern, I am not sure if this is a product issue or not, but, other than that this is a good headphone to have

    Sounds great. Very comfortable. I'm normally an ear bud fan for the gym, but these are so comfortable and sound great that I'm now a huge fan. Love the noise canceling option. Got these on sale for a steal. Happy with this purchase

    Very good sound. Could use a bit more range on the volume level, but not a deal breaker. Nice noise canceling and blocks out about 85% of ambient noise. I used it on a recent trip to FL on the airplane and had no complaints. The background noise was virtually eliminated and I feel that an airplane is pretty much the bar/standard!!! If you don’t want to spend the high $$$ of B0SE but still want a quality sound with wireless connectivity & good noise cancellation this is worth a try. I have the B0SE QC15 and of course they are better, but they costed considerably more. They were not Bluetooth so I decided to try the Sony. Very happy I did!!!!

    Love these headphones and use them almost daily. The noise cancelling is great for someone with sensitivity to ambience and easily distracted, but you can still hear people talk so you don’t have to take them off to speak with someone. The audio quality is also amazingly good! Also the battery feels like it lasts FOREVER! I usually only have to charge it once every week or two!

    I got this for $80 on sale, which is a great deal. Comfortable, noise canceling is pretty good, music sounds good. Not high end so don't expect the same sound as the pricier headphones, but for the price this is hard to beat.

    The sound is good for this price point. I read a number of reviews before making the purchase, and a couple said get the older model Sony 700 as they sound better. Then I read more on the benefits of bluetooth 5.0 vs the older 4.2 bluetooth on the Sony 700's. For me the decision was clear. The new 5.0 blutooth is so much faster and transfers many times the bandwith. They pair and connect easily with all my devices and that's what is important to me. They are comfortable and the noise cancelling works pretty well too. I have only had them a couple of days, but the reviews I read say the battery life is exceptional.

    Pros: comfortable to wear, charge lasts a long time. Cons: not completely noise cancelling. This is my biggest con since this is why i bought them. The USB charge cord is ridiculously short. Kind of hard to find the control buttons, really tiny. Also, can't connect it to the bluetooth in my ipad for some reason, but maybe that's me not doing something right, need to look into it. Connected to my iphone's bluetooth, no problem. My laptop's older, doesnt have bluetooth but i connected it by plugging it in, no big deal. Overall, ok for the money, just know what you're getting

      As far as your experience with noise canceling feature, please try some of these solutions.
      Make sure that the noise canceling function is turned on.
      Adjust the headset into a comfortable position.
      The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.

      For pairing cannot be done, please check the following below:

      Bring the headset and the Bluetooth device within 1 m (3 feet) from each other.
      The headset automatically enters pairing mode when pairing for the first time after purchasing, initializing, or repairing the headset. To pair a second or subsequent device, press and hold the (power) button of the headset for 7 seconds or more to enter pairing mode.
      When pairing a device once again after initializing or repairing the headset, you may be unable to pair the device if it retains pairing information for the headset (iPhone or other device). In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and pair them again.

    I left my other wireless headphones back at home. Needed to make a quick trip to the Passport Agency in El Paso, TX (from Los Angeles) by bus. That is 13-14 hours each way. The return trip was much more tolerable with these headphones. They were comfortable on my head, proving to me they will be just as comfortable on long plane flights. The noise cancelling feature works well. knocking down the turbo diesel and road noise in the bus. One thing I don't like is that you can't charge them and use them wired (vis USB) at the same time, while remaining connected by Bluetooth to my phone.

    I was looking for headphones to use while listening to music and on the phone and came across these during the holidays. Sony has always done right by me with their products, and the reviews and price were right (they were on sale for 50% off). So, I decided to purchase them. These are the best headphones I’ve ever had. The sound quality is amazing, with deep, symphonic bass. It’s easy to pair, and the buttons are positioned well. The noise-canceling is awesome as it keeps out the ambient sound very well. After charging, I can easily go a week plus without charging. So, the battery is excellent.

    Really good pair of headphones. was looking for something over the ear that fit my big head, didn't squeeze/press against my ears too hard and these work great. Great sound as well. Only 2 minor complaints I have are that the charging cord (USB cord) is like 6 inches long, so you have to have it charging right next to the outlet. 2nd complaint is that the instructions are pictures instead of wrtten instructions so hopefully you can translate them properly. Was a good price at $179. Otherwise, really good Headphones. Highly recommended.
