LOVE THESE SPEAKERS, WILL BUY OTHER SIMILIAR SPEAKERS LATER WITH MORE POWER FOR OUT DOORS THIS SUMMER

I like this speaker overall. The only thing I have to complain about is that the cover for the charging port doesn’t stay on well.

Good for a small intimate setting, not for a small gathering of friends.

This is a great little speaker! Compact size - fits in a coffee mug - but packs quite a wallop. Crisp, clear sound and rich bass. Easy Bluetooth setup connects wirelessly with your phone, tablet or computer. Or just plug in the cord. Impressive range so you can just pick it up and listen in another room. Great battery life and quick recharge, too! Sony makes a quality product, and it's cute, too! (Note: The "red" color is actually more of a deep orange.) Buy this speaker - you'll be happy you did!

alright. so, check this out. i've tried this speaker. i listened in store and it did sound kind of weak but store and on the go and home are completely different. this has to be no doubt about 1 really awesome speaker. its the first, that i could have ware i get 16 hours on the go. it really sounds like a many portable system all on what your music taste is. i plan to get another one so i can see the true stereo connections. one of the big bonuses is that, what ever provider in phone service u have, if someone has same provider and u have hd calling, it even works for that. some bt speakers do not but this one does allowing u to get the same quality sound out of it on a call the same as if u were holding phone to yout ear. i do not like however, that i have to attach something else on to the hanging clip just to have it clipped on me. that is kind of odd. outside of that however this is a awesome speaker. the only other thing that i dislike is that u have to turn the speaker a certain way so that u can be able to talk in mike to be heard. mike is not placed in good area for that. but overall is a banga. thx for reading.

I purchased my XB10 speaker for my work-out group in the office. Everyone loves how clear the sound is, and I found it easy to set up, easy to recharge, and I really like the sound that it provides. It is FAR FAR better than the built-in speakers on a mobile telephone; it has a decent frequency range, plenty of bass response, and the sound volume is sufficient to fill a typical room in a house. Both music and voices sound just fine. It's a typical Sony product; easy to use, works well, nice to look at, good value for the price. I'm very happy with this purchase. Can't wait to pair it with another one.

Small, easy to setup, portable and sounds great. I use this little speaker everywhere and it sounds really good. Don't expect Bose sound for this price but its the higher end for this price range. Sony speaker are a great brand to support. Also has more base than treble. just so you know.

At an extremely reasonable price point, this is a great little speaker that provides great bottom frequency, along with decent clarity that one can listen to both talkshows and music. It can fill a moderate size room with good volume. It’s ease-of-use and its performance are very good for a small speaker. I would recommend this for anyone in search of a value priced small speaker.

Compact, loud and crisp are all positives for this little gem. Reasonably priced, it set up easily and sounded great. There are better sounding speakers on the market, but for twice the price. This one is perfect for the beach, pool, or even a kitchen while cooking! I use it outside when sitting by my firepit.

Better than anything it's size. Compared this to everything out there this size and it simply sounds better than everything we tried. The volume was better, sounded better than the JBL and had more bass. Tones we good for a single speaker, and liked the fact that it can be paired with another for stereo sound. Every oporation is easy to perform and battery life was better than expected. Never thought I would chose a Sony product over a JBL when it came to speakers, but this is a solid 10 in it's class.

SONY SRS-XB10 is an ultracompact, canister-style Bluetooth speaker that's water-resistant, with good battery life (about 12 hours) and speakerphone capabilities. The speaker sounds decent enough for its size and its strap converts into a stand to prop the speaker up horizontally. But the soft-but-tough finish attracts some dust. While it should costs a little less, the Sony SRS-XB10 is an attractively designed mini wireless speaker that outputs more bass than average typical tiny speaker.

The app told me this thing was on sale for $34. It looked pretty neat too, so I decided to go check it out in-store when I went to pick up an order. I liked what I heard and immediately bought one. I wondered what two paired in stereo would sound like, so I bought another one the next day (at $34, why not, though I had some points to use as well). The effect was quite satisfying in a small enclosed space like a cubicle. Granted, it sounds a lot more impressive with acoustic/orchestral music and podcasts/talk shows, but you can't go wrong with this highly portable and waterproof little canister. To be able to just toss this thing in your bag to have some decent sound on your travels is a bonus. Grab it while it's cheap.

I love music, the sound speaker in this system is awesome! Bass is super nice sound is clear. It’s small, lightweight easy to carry. I purchased it in black. Great product absolutely recommend.

This Sony XB10 Bluetooth Speaker is not only small and portable, but it has a very clear sound with a decent bass. We used it outside for a pool party and it was great. It wasn't super loud, but it provided music while allowing normal conversation among the party goers. It's also good to know that this device is also resistant to water just in case it gets splashed. Plus we bought this on sale and really got a good deal,

Ok. I'll be honest with you. If you like to carry your music wherever you go, its better to grab a pair of headphones. I already have a SRS-WOW XB3 model at home and thought to use these speakers as well for the fun of it. I got 2 of them to get a stereo effect. It gave a good sound. Below are some Pros and Cons: Pros: 1. The size of the speakers are small. But they do produce a wide spectrum of good music. I was spellbound with such audio experience. However, I paired 2 of them to get a good sound in my room. 2. Good battery life. I used them at 40% volume for the full 15 hour stretch after charging them to 100%. They seem to have a decent backup. They charge up well fast as well. 3. They use micro usb to charge. This might not be listed as a pro or a con in many other speakers, but sony is famous for using their own proprietary charging cords and they are a real pain in the neck when the cable gets wear and tear. Having these headphones use micro-usb seems nice and you do have a wide option now to use for. Cons: 1. They say these headphones give good bass, but I find that hard to believe. The sound becomes distorted when used at 100%. The optimal level is at 80% which isn't too loud but its gets the job done nevertheless. 2. Very directional: You have to be very wary of how to place them. A wrong angle would give you sound that isn't optimal enough. Go check out some video reviews and you'd know what I mean. 3. They do not stay in the place firmly. I never like to change the positioning of these, but it would have been better if they had some firm grip on the surface. A slight touch seems to tip them off to fall. 4. Only splash proof. Sadly, these speakers are only splash proof and not fully water proof, a few droplets wont do harm, but you shouldn't be washing these off with water. 5. Rubber surface. Dont get me wrong, these speakers look great. But over time the curved surface of these speakers gathers dust and wears off eventually which makes it look cheap and there's nothing you can do. Conclusion: If you need a budget friendly speaker that gets the job done, go for it. Else go for the JBL or even the XB 20 or XB 30 if you can spare at that price point.

This is a great product. One of my car do not have bluetooth. So I use this speaker instead of my car speaker to play from my music, audiobook from my phone. It is loud enough. I haven't tested the battery life. However, I played for 3 to 4 hrs in the car without charging and the speaker was still charged. So battery life is for sure long enough for me.

Bought this for our daughter for going to college. She wanted good sound without taking a lot of space. Tested several at the store and this one had the best sound at a reasonable price. Our daughter loves it and said it far surpassed her expectations for a speaker at college and is thrilled not only with the sound but the small size as well.

Sony swings and knocks it out of the park again! With Sony being upstaged by Samsung in most products nowadays I’m glad to see that Sony still makes great top quality products that look and feel great. This is truly a great buy. The price is very reasonable when you consider how premium this little thing sounds. It’s water resistant so I use it in the bathroom when I’m showering and it has a ring or loop on it so you can hang it up in some places. The bass this puts out is not dissimilar to what you would get from BOSE. I really enjoy this speaker! You can actually connect more than one to the same device for surround sound and the rubber material that surrounds it make it grippy and sturdy. Good quality, good sound, good price, great speaker!

Small, light and portable with nice sound and a good base

Bought this speaker to place in the kitchen and have been amazed with the sound. Louder than I expected and has great base. Set up is easy and comes with usb to charge. Battery works great and holds charge.
