By downloading the Sony Music Center app, you can actually fine tune the sound of your XG500 to your liking. Custom EQ enables adjustments of levels for each frequency band. There is a built in EQ that has 20 points of control for Bass, Midrange, and Treble. Also, thanks for purchasing two XB23 speakers. The XG500 can be connected with the following compatible models via Party Connect function: SRS-XB43, SRS-XB33, SRS-XB23, SRS-XG500, SRS-XP500, and SRS-XP700.
