Honestly foam earbuds block more noise. But the sound masking preset audio (I use mid frequency) they have does block talking and snoring (mostly) more than foam, and they're somehow more comfortable than foamies, although sometimes in the morning my ear feels itchy and I remove them without realizing (also happened with foam) . Now down to the most surprising thing with my set, I might have been lucky, but I left the earbuds on my bed out of case, my cat has a habit of taking candy toy mice, random candy wrappers, her a cork to my whiskey bottle and other random things, and dunking it in her water bowl.. You can see where this is going. I turned on the find earbud sound because I couldn't findit anywhere I kept hearing it faintly... It was ringing 3 inches down at the bottom of her bowl. I frantically searched the ip rating and it's only sweat resistant (of course who would sleep in or around puddles of water) , but I heard the audio through the bowl so I had some hope annnd my earbud is perfectly fine! Sounds just like the other one. I thought I was out 150$,but amazingly it was water proof. I will be disciplined to put them in the case from now on so my cat doesn't test my luck (or their under evaluated ip rating) again lol

Okay, so I was a bit "meh" about these Soundcores at first, especially coming from my trusty Beats. But honestly, the more I used 'em and tuning their app to the sounds I liked, the better they got. Seriously! I have insomnia since I was in highscool, and I even tested them in a snore-fest of a room (thanks, family!), and after tweaking the app to my liking, I actually slept like a baby. No joke! Quick tip though: soft pillow is your friend for side-sleeping, and definitely play around with those ear tip sizes to get comfy. They might feel a little weird at first, but trust me, find the right fit and you're golden!

Im a really light sleeper and anything will wale me up and its really hard to fall asleep again. Adter seeinf ads on TilTok abou them I said well leta give it a try and I must say I love them! They are comfortable to wear and they do not hurt when you sleep on your side. I barely hear my partners snoring next to me or much less the dogs barking outside. I listen to rain and thunder all night and it relaxes me. If you need help sleeping please take my suggestion and get these you will love them!

These earbuds are a literally gift from heaven. We've bought multiple earplugs and headsets just so I can sleep at night when my husband doesn't want to use the C-Pap (Sleep Apnea). After 5years of being married and literally struggling with this issue. I could almost cry! This thing is a literal miracle. No more sleepless nights. No more arguments. And.... I get to monitor my sleep so that I can sleep better? You've got to be kidding me! This thing is well worth the money. Super soft, I can lay in my side. Doesn't fall out. Just... Wonderful.
I've been sleeping with them every night almost 30days and I LOVE THEM and even better.. the fact that I can sleep and cuddle with my husband his snoring is literal background noise. I can hear him but he doesn't interrupt my sleep AT ALL.

They are very slim and are comfortable to sleep with. They have help with many nights of not being worken up to dog noises.
It does seem like, in my use case that you have to be a bit aggressive with using the touch controls. And since it is an aggressive tap it tends to thump off your ear drum, so if you need touch controls just be aware that this could be a possibility.

I love love love these sooooo much! It does not hurt my ears at all especially when I sleep on my side. They are so comfortable and def block out noise. Sometimes I hesitate to wear them because I’m afraid I won’t be able to hear if my son wakes up in the middle of the night. But once in a while if I can’t sleep I’ll put them on. I love the feature that you can set a timer to stop playing music. And quick tap mode to go from your regular playlist music to soothing sounds that you can customize on the app. Overall great product. Finally headphones I can wear to sleep without waking up with an earache.

This is so much better than version 1. Battery lasts all night for my sleep (6-7 hours for me). If I sleep in on weekend they may not make it all the way. That’s playing Bluetooth streaming white noise. Version one lasted about 3 or 4 hours TOPS and one side would always die first. Buds are comfortable and seal well. Only complaint is the case is a bit harder to slide open and buds sit in a different orientation compared to version one. Minor complaints. Would recommend for sure if you have trouble sleeping due to noise, snoring spouse, etc.

I can’t sleep without background noise, and general white noise just doesn’t cut it. My husband can’t sleep with anything more than white noise. I’ve tried other sleep headphones in the past that are clunky and awful for side sleepers due to the pressure on the ears. I would never sleep through the night, and always woke up with an ear ache. THESE sleep buds are absolutely incredible. I can put on a podcast, audio book, or a chill playlist, and there’s just enough power in the buds to last until the morning. And I only need to charge the charging case once a week or so! Plus, they are super comfy for sleeping on my side, and they don’t fall out either. The alarm function is also sufficient to wake me up in the morning - so no more waking up my husband accidentally! I’ve had these for a few months now, and I won’t sleep without them!

These headphones are excellent. Comfortable to sleep on. The battery life is its best feature. I listen for a couple hours straight each night and only have to charge the case once every 3 weeks or so.

I had the A10 for about a year and they worked well (until i sent them through the wash.) probably wouldnt have upgraded otherwise, but glad i did! They are auper comfy even when lying on my side, and the innovative wings hold them in place. Sound quality is also noticeably better. My two gripes: 1) you cant do sleep tracking without starting it from the app (which is the opposite of the A10s) — though (and i guess also a con) SoundCore doesnt sync to Apple health so its not really useful data anyway. And to be clear, you can still do a sleep MODE which is just ambient music without using the app. B) itchy ears. This is very common for me with in ear tips, but its a nit distracting if it happens as im trying to doze off. Its not consistent and i havent really tried out any of the many other tips to see if that helps, but just calling it out. Overall, still the best sleep buds for the price (especially if you can snag them for under 100)

Some serious nuiances you have to get used to...but does what it says it does and allows me to side sleep with them in!
Read reviews aplenty and see if the things that bother some would be too much for you...I decided they wouldn't and I'm happy with my purchase.

The only reason they did not get a 5 is because they are not sound isolation but they do the trick for sleep. They stay in place are extremely comfortable. I love that you can either use auto mode or select a sleep timer count down. The selection of ambient noise is very impressive. They are only for sleep they do not work with calling features. Overall I love the product... I'd rate it a 4.7 if they'd let me

Love them because they are comfortable, I can sleep on my side and they cancel out snoring...BUT....they only last 5 hours and shut off. Then, I'm awake bc I hear the snoring again. So if you like to sleep longer than 5 hours .. Do not purchase

I'm very thankful to Anker for making this product. After Bose stopped making the SleepBuds I wasn't sure how I was going to sleep through my, otherwise perfect, wife's snoring. It took a bit to get them setup the way I wanted but now that they are, they work perfectly for my needs. When I put them in they start off in bluetooth mode so I can hear sound from my phone while I doom scroll before bed. Then when I finally get tired enough, I double tap the left bud and it switches to sleep mode and disengages the bluetooth connection to my phone. I'm thinking of picking up a second pair as a backup because they are so crucial for me.

I thought these were OK when I first got them. The sound quality was worse the original ones but the connectivity was much better. I felt the issue with sound quality was due to none of the tips getting a good seal in my ear. I have just added the Comply foam tips to these and I have to say they are 1000x better now. Great seal much better quality and very comfortable.
I would think each persons experience varies but if you feel you are getting a lot of sound leakage from these try a pair of the tips from comply. When sealed these headphones are great for a quiet nights sleep

I've always had issues with earbuds slipping out so I was surprised that these actually fit me well and I could wear them while sleeping on my side. They do come with a lot of different sizes so if the default ones don't fit, you have other sizes to try. The sound quality isn't great for the price, and the noise blocking isn't too great either. I share a room with my boyfriend who likes to game and even with my noise mix at full volume I could hear him talking along with the keyboard noises. I used them a bit for regular music use and there's a slight delay whenever inputting any changes ( changing music, switching videos). Not a big deal but again for the price I would have expected better. The app is decent, nothing really to complain about. The only thing really going for this is the comfort of the earbuds and the battery life. I'll have to mess around more with the earbuds to see if a different size will block out the noise better.

I've been using these every night for several months. They sound great and are a tremendous help with my trouble sleeping. I came from Bose sleep buds 2 - I had 2 pairs of these and both stopped working after barely a year. Bose provided no support or warranty.
Absolutely love having bluetooth on these, I probably use this function more than the sleep sounds. I've used the lost/find alert and it works perfect.
They fit well are quite comfortable and play a full 8 hours of bluetooth per night. Love these - great product with actual thought put into the design and functionality.

pretty good overall. perfect for side sleeping. I had issues at first with getting them into my ears for a balanced sound, but i found my rhythm. i used to sleep with AirPods and my ears would get raw and hurt, but these are so soft its like i never even had them in
