Idk why others gave it bad reviews when it was the place they bought it from's fault.. I've had one for 3 months now. With 0 problems. The guy claimed it falls apart and had to pay hundreds to change it, he got ripped off if bought by and installed at best buy because they should have replaced that free since it's their fault. And as a guy who does his own install once they have it hooked up they already have the adapter and everything connected. So it's just a matter of taking the faceplate of where the stereo is and switching it if he noticed it that far. And that only takes 15 mins tops. Also I am a basshead and have a sub that shakes even my steering wheel,windshield, and wipers. And have no problems. Is it perfect? No, but its unique. And for 2 screens, GPS, and android car play for $325 after price match. That's a darn good deal.

I really wanted to like this head unit but it has so many quirks that make it difficult to use. I love the idea of the dual screens so that you can have NAV up and the radio also but due to the positioning of the screens, the bottom screen is unable to be viewed except at night due to the glare on it. The NAV system is rather basic. The screen sharing is for android 8. There is no memory on the settings. And lastly since this is straight off the boat from China, some of the words not only in the instructions but on the touchscreen itself are spelled wrong. Unfortunately I will be returning this and going back to an Alpine.

BEST RADIO EVER! Dont let them sell you the big 3 ( alpine, kenwood, or pioneer) for way more money for way less options. 2 screen, dvd and cd, equalizer in stereo thats so good your stereo is so loud and clean its like someone put in new speakers with amp and equalizer. And im just playing off my factory JBL speakers with nothing else. I would recommemd you cut the dimming switch that is normally hooked up to your lights because if you turn your lights on during the day your stereo will automatically dim like its supposed to. But then with the sun shining in its too dim. Cut that wire and its perfect. The installers try to tell you soundstream isnt good. They are all very good techs and they all know what theyre doing but its obvious they dont want to be working in their profession. They tried to sway me away from buying this unit from soundstream, then broke the first unit i ordered in then when I ordered this 2nd one because they were unfamiliar with the unit tried to pursuade me again not to buy it. Which i think comes down to they want to install the big 3 because its easier for them. Then when they installed this unit into my tacoma their tech didnt hook up all the wires, didnt bolt the brackets back on at all, the bracket and bolts were just hanging in there unscrewed in and radio was shaken when I drove down the road. I took my vehicle to another local shop and the electrical guy pulled out my dash and im sitting in the truck as hes doing it and I see with my own eyes the brackets and wires not even hooked up or loose. Bottom line- Best stereo ever, highly highly recommend it but buy from elsewhere other than bestbuy. Do not be pursueded to buy the big 3 when this radio beats them all out of the water. 2 screen, dvd and cd, bluetooth, usb, android auto, mirror imaging, built in GPS.....I MEAN FREAKEN AWESOME.....SERIOUSLY.

Wish i didnt waste my money 2nd screen wouldnt come out and didnt fit in car properly

so far it's been working nice, it has a few foibles that are manageable, hoping one of the updates will fix the lighting from starting in the dark

Worse radio receiver ever! I couldn't connect my S21 Ultra phone to activate the android pay/mirroring. I was told there would be an update and it never happened. Then the top part of the screen got stuck and wouldnt close. Don't waste your money on this receiver.

Tech installed and did a fantastic job, as he was finishing up - he came to me and noticed the screen was coming apart - I decided to spend several hundred move have it removed and replaced with another unit - Huge waste of my day - Not the Tech's fault - Just bad product

I bought it NEW for my husband for Christmas. When he opened it, it was used, had no inside packaging, the pieces were all over the box. He plugged it in and it had no power. We returned it

Would not fit into my car very particular on what cars that it will fit in make sure that your vehicle is compatible it said mine was compatible on the internet then when they tried to install the product it did not fit in my car.

Was really looking forward to this stereo, the two screen idea seemed really cool, But it only powered on for a second then shut off to never turn on again. They let me pick a new stereo and installed it and it is great.

I purchased this for my son for Christmas. When he opened it up it was like he was the wide eyed child with a perfect gift!

This product is ok, not exactly what I expected. I am very unhappy that the GPS does not work properly but otherwise a good product
