I am using this case right now as i speak, the satin material is soft and does leave some finger prints but i rather deal with that then scratches on my new mac. You are also able to see the apple logo through the satin finish. It's very stylish, and black is always a good color.

This case is thin and lightweight, serving its purpose well to protect the casing of the MacBook from everyday dings, dirt, dust, etc. However, product was not a perfect fit. Took some time and experimentation to get this case on. If application and removal was easier, would surely receive higher rating.

This case fits perfectly! However, when I put it on the first time it was somewhat difficult. Be gentile but a little forceful in order to get the case secure. Additionally, it shows a lot of fingerprints on the outside. Just a quick swipe of a Clorox wipe or screen cleaner and it's as good as new!

Four stars because it nicely protects my MacBookPro but you need to be careful. It snaps on and can crack. Removing it, you need to release the plastic snap catches first. It is pricey. At about $50, it should be made of a non-cracking plastic. Not something that can crack. Fortunately, no one looking at it could even perceive the crack without very careful inspection.

I wouldn't allow my daughter to take her new Macbook Pro to school without this product! She's had them in the past and had a great experience so we purchased it again for her new model. It's a great way for us to keep track of all 3 of our laptops....each of us chose a different color.

I've owned several MacBooks over the past few years, The first one was a company laptop, and my boss had put this case on it... Each of my personal laptops since has had the exact same case. I refuse to try anything different!

Thank god i bought this thing... I dropped my macbook off my bed and my girlfriend stepped on it... Sounds horrible right? I almost fainted... But no worries... Suprisingly this case protected it very well... I am very satisfied!
