In regards to account information, it seems they do not hold priority over account concerns. Its impossible to talk to a human on the phone with them. Good luck.

It helped to keep it positioned for people to use smartphone pay and be able to see their phone screen. It was tedious to pull off the chip reader guide to lift the contactless reader and take it out of sleep mode after periods of inactivity, but I’m still glad I bought it.

The Square reader, while small & efficient, works well. So well, that someone could use it and then accidently take it with them. With this base, it is less likely to happen, especially if the attached USB power cable is plugged in.

Much needed item with a flaw

However you have to remove your square to turn it on and then seat it back into the dock. It remains on if you use it constantly, but if you don't have a customer for 45 minutes, you have to dig it out of the dock and turn the square on again... they should have made some kind of access point so you can turn it on without removing the square.
