Best purchase I ever made for my business. It is so easy to setup and use. The only things is you have to have WiFi to complete transactions but I hook to my phone hotspot and works great.

To Summarize in one word - CLUTCH. As a non-profit, this Square Terminal has about doubled our net collections. Best features: the ability to print, the versatility in payment methods, the ease to teach our volunteers - but mostly the ability to work offline: in the parking lot, at the front desk, in the classrooms, in the kitchen and in the office.

Square terminal was relatively easy to use. We did have an issue with our initial use when we lost connection to WiFi. It would not allow us to operate it off line. Will look into why this happened.

First, let me start by saying that the only reason I purchaseD this device was because the latest square stand does not support the latest version of iPads, and I needed to replace a very old stand. You need to have an older iPad to use the square stand, which is not available for sale anywhere! This is a huge fail on Square’s part. This was a bummer at first for me, but I quickly fell in love with this device! First of all, this device also supports external accessories, including our current USB thermal printer! You don’t have to use the printer that is built into this device, and that is how I have it set up. I have it using my existing printer connected via USB, which means you don’t have to use the built-in Printer with this device, and that is how I have it set up. I have it using my existing printer connected via USB (via the included accessory dongle!) and I essentially have the same set up I had with the square stand! Now, I can see lots of benefits to using the included printer, including for restaurants that take credit cards at a table, but for our business set up, this is not needed. I was so happy to see that you can actually disable the built-in printer and continue to use an external printer. Five stars! Easy to use. Easy to set up. Great reliability. Will buy again when I need another square stand replacement.

Amazing product. Easy setup. And easy use. The paper receipts and availability of CashApp Pay are also a great touch.

I've integrated these at all our stores. I love the functionality and ease of use of this small terminal. They don't take up much space and allow chip / chipless / tap payments.

I love this reader so at trade shows i can run around and let someone else do the money. But its quite pricey for something my phone and a 20$ attachment can do.

I’ve been using the Square terminal that looks like a rubber door stop for about 3 months. I was off to a slow start with so many accounting terms to experiment with but Square has several good How To videos on line and they helped. Thing is, it does take a little time to have a transaction you chose to actually happen! It was frustrating for me and I made several mistakes because I didn’t know about the delay in processing! The machine is a great size and I like the option for send, print or e-mail a receipt. I still have some trouble scrolling to see the receipt breakdown because it’s easy to accidentally hit the wrong client name! It just takes time and practice!

For any business owners, I recommend buying this device!!!. It WORKS VERY WELL!!. I have NO PROBLEMS using it!!. Easy to use!!.
