While there were several Geek Squad that only did their jobs the best they could, collectively this was an utter fiasco and extremely disappointingly and troubling (as it pertains to your overall customer service).

Very good purchase for my business , NOBODY else could seem to help me with internet in the “BOONIES”. Works tremendously well. Would recommend to anyone that had the same problem as me.

Not professional installers hire a local installer that knows what they are doing.

Installation went very well. Local contractor was sent out to mount satellite. Quick, efficient, cleaned up after himself. Most importantly, someone who knew what they were doing (and what not to do) took care of it for me.

The Geek Squad techs were knowledgeable, courteous, listened well to questions and provided understandable responses. They made sure all equipment was operational and were willing to answer questions subsequent to their work at our home. Well done!!

Getting someone to come and install this was a pain in the …but finally when the kid came to do the job he did more than the other guy he was not able to get the job done because we didn’t have service

The service was never done and I have been charged for it. I requested a refund but this store is asking me to call different numbers and no helping at all.

The installation only lasted two weeks then it moved and it's reception was reduced to 50% maybe

it was never installed by the contractor .had to cancel the install and do it my self .

The installation crew installed StarLink perfectly and answered all my questions. Going on 3 months now and have had zero issues.

Very poor by the sale representative for selling me and setting up tine for home insulation for my starlink and i find out later that they done installs over the winter.

The installer was very good and helped to get all devices connected
