I bought this as a replacement for a Razer mouse because I wanted the extra buttons. The one issue I have with it is not all buttons can be assigned to a key. A macro has to be set and then the button has to be assigned the macro in order for it to work. Also, this mouse it quite larger than my Razer mouse and that took some time to get use to.

Very well built mouse with perfect button placements and features. Unfortunately my hands are small and the mouse is just slightly wide and long. I'm mostly a claw grip user with gaming mouse's but this one I found a little hard to claw. Not the mouse's fault however. If I had just a tad bit bigger hands this would be a KEEPER !!!

i've spent a career using my hands constantly, so when gaming on my PC, i've realized that my right hand has more dexterity than my left. i bought a keypad to use for my left hand, which has helped, but i always felt that my right hand was being under utilized. i was gifted a razer deathadder, but with only two thumb buttons, it wasn't maximizing the potential. i had looked at a bunch of different mice, and there were plenty that had a lot more buttons, but typically has a very small footprint and placed in a grid set-up, which with my weirdly wide thumbs would mean accidental mis-clicks all over the place. i eventually found the rival 500, and immediately thought it was exactly what i was looking for. and it turns out, it was. 15 buttons over the entire mouse, with 5 of them being housed in a oblong pattern around the thumb rest, allowing for a larger footprint for the buttons themselves. having more room to keybind certain tasks over to my right hand helps the overall quality of life when it comes to my time gaming, which im very grateful for.

I find the Rival 500 to be more comfortable than the traditional MMO design. I have average sized hands and struggle to reach all of the buttons. I can use about 10 of the buttons pretty comfortably.

I am an avid gamer and having a quality mouse makes an enormous difference! I loved the mouse from the minute I plugged it in. I will say this, having so many extra buttons took a little time to get used to but now I couldn't game without it!

This is a great mouse that has everything I'm looking for.

Bought this mouse for mmos and I love it. Wasn't sure about how the buttons on the side were going to work. I quickly realized how easy it is to use them and fell in love with it.

My son needed this for his laptop to make playing his games easier. He plays games with friends during his down time on the truck. He said it was just what he needed.

129 grams too much weight. Better than 147 as in Corsair Scimitar RGB Pro, but still too much. Great mouse except for that, though.

I originally had the razer naga but it didn’t do much for me. This mouse hasn’t shorted and has enough buttons for me to create hot keys.

I really like this mouse except for it being kind of small for my hands and a bit too light. Response time is excellent.

Bought this for my husband. He loved it! He liked that he has all the extra buttons so he could program it.

15 buttons and the vibration feedback beats all, knowing your getting hit from any direction helps.

Easy to use and get comfortable with. Love it for playing any game, even high speed FPS!
