This is a must own for fans of Park Chan Wook. His direction is again top notch in this movie. The film is put together very well, the visuals and sounds are perfect. I can't recomend this movie for the average viewer, I think most people will think it too slow, if you're on the fence give this one a rental. If you are like me and you want to see film making at it's best, then definitly buy this film.

This is a very good movie. It is very exciting and the acting is excellent all around. The direction is superb and the score is very nice too. Overall, this is a very nice Blu Ray disc and the price is also right at Best Buy. I recommend it.

This movie was directed by the man who made Thirst (Korean Vampire Film), and the original Oldboy. For being a foreign director making his debut in the States, he not only excels at bringing forth his ideas to American audiences, but creates something new that you don't usually see in American films nowadays. The music by Clint Mansell is always exceptional (Requiem for A Dream, The Fountain, Moon, etc.) and drives the film very well. Overall a great movie if you want something that deviates from the cookie cutter films that we've been getting in U.S. recently.

"Stoker" is an excellent thriller with a visual style keeping in line with Park Chan-wook's impressive career. He transitions into American filmmaking with a fluidity that's impressive, while not losing track of his own voice. It's a dark and plotting film, but does a good job of drawing you in. The disc is a little light on supplements, although the Filmmaker's Journey is a fabulous mini doc. It runs about a half hour, and I wish it was longer.

Good acting all around. Love to see Nicole. She did well in her supportive role. The main char did very well and pulled you into the moment.

This movie was worth my time and definitely worth the purchase. This movie is something I could watch again and again. I loved it!

See Mia Wasikowska shed her good girl act from Alice in Wonderland in this dark mystery along with Nicole Kidman and Matthew Goode.

Each of the actors and actresses in this film do an outstanding job with their performances in this bizarre story.

I believe this is the first english language movie by this director. It was a very good thriller/arthouse hybrid.

This deserves a bigger audience as it is a really well done character driven horror thriller.
