Useless

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a Divemaster and was really looking forward to trying this product out but was terribly disappointed. In order to operate this scooter, you have to download the Sublue App. Problem with that is that it has no way to connect to this product. May work with an I-Phone but I tried everything and could not get the app to pair with the product. Instructions were useless -- they directed you to the app, as did Sublue's inept customer service.

App doesn't work on Android Phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product may be great, but you can't do anything unless you can use the app to pair with the device you can't use it. I installed the app but upon opening the app there was no menu or instructions to allow you to pair the device nor was there any instructions provided in the two manuals that come with the unit. Maybe the I phone works better but there is no link to set up you device on the App. All you get is you're not signed in. I will be returning to Best Buy.
