    This was so easy to set up for my parents. Good size, not too big or small. I was able to download the app with ease and send them photos. Also has other family download the app, no problems so far!! They LOVE IT!

    The quality was much better than expected! The problem was that there was a dead spot on the screen and it wouldn’t let us close out of the settings. We had to reset it every time which was not practical and we decided to return it for another one. The other one worked great!

    I'm a little baffled by the positive reviews on this product - the screen is nice and I was pleasantly surprised by the outward appearance given the price, but the touchscreen makes this frame almost unusable. It is slow, unresponsive, and completely uncalibrated - I purchased two separate frames as gifts and they were nearly impossible to configure and set up with the touchscreen. It is embarrassingly bad for 2024.
