    We ordered the PZ42X External Flash from one of the manager, Kirk. as a gift to my nephew. Unfortunately, when he received, he found out that there is the shoe adapter for the flash is missing. I contacted the manager Kirk for the last day and I left him a message every day. Until now I have not heard anything from him. I would you to mail the missing part. Thank you

    I ordered this to use with my new SONY A55 since the features fit my budget compared to the SONY flash units. The build seems decent for the price. The head swivels a little to easily and the battery door is somwhat flimsy. But than again I don't abuse my equipment! However I found that the flash does NOT work with the A55. It zooms in and out nicely and can make a correct exposure if you stay at an extended zoom. But when you try to go medium to wide it flashes at FULL power and overexposes the picture. I tried all settings on the camera and on the flash itself with the same results. I checked the SUNPAK website it shows it compatible with all the SONY dslrs however the new SLT A33 & A55 are not listed. I did test the unit out on a friends a700 and it worked like a charm. Guess I will have to splurge for the SONY or a METZ Mecablitz which is compatible but triple the price !!!!!

    I'm not a novice at photography, and I love this flash. Not to mention that its half the price of Sony's and does about all the same.
