I had been using my still excellent SVS SB-2000 in dual-duty for my TV and PC audio. However, when SVS launched their Pro versions, I had to upgrade. Reaching down/behind my 2000 to adjust setting ain't easy from my wheelchair. The SVS Bluetooth app is a godsend for someone like me. ;-) I considered getting the SB-2000 Pro, but the 3000 was just $200 more for a bigger, more powerful sub. Bought it, loved it, but it was too big under my desk. I kept bumping my chair into it, so it had to be returned. I then decided to try the 3000 Micro. It doesn't go as low as its big brother 3000, to be sure, but for nearfield/PC use the Micro is outstanding. I'm amazed at the punchy power of this little beast. It integrated easily with my Adam Audio A7V and Topping E70 Velvet. The iLoud Micros are for my MacBook Air. The Bluetooth app and tiny size gave me the freedom to place it in the back corner of my desk without any worry of slamming my chair into it (see pic). If you're looking for a small subwoofer, you gotta give the 3000 Micro a shot!

Great subwoofer. App allowed me to fine tune sound to my small room. Compliments my Martin Logan Motion F10 speakers nicely. Small subwoofer size perfect for my small room and it still packs a nice tight punch.

Bought dual SVS 3000 micros for my bedroom HT system to replace my existing DT subs. I frankly have never really been happy with the DT subs in their smaller systems. Mine always seemed somewhat muddy to my ears and often buzzed when reaching down deep. We had to devise a special set of feet to prevent them from skating across the floor. When the 3000 micros finally arrived and I opened the boxes, I was candidly a bit disappointed. I was expecting something that would dwarf the performance of the DT subs, and given the diminutive size of these subs I was not holding up much hope. Hooked them up without calibration because I wanted a look into what I could expect. Loaded up the movie Battleship in 4k with DTS:X and went to the last scene sequence with the Missouri. I was honestly stunned. The bass was tight, deep and accurate. Not only that: the rest of the system seemed to come alive, and I really can’t explain that. The main, surround and center DTs sounded perfect! Surround effects seemed much more localized and present. And the subs, despite their superb performance, did not skate across our floor one bit. The feet you designed functioned perfectly. While not a match for the much larger main HT system to be sure, a dramatic sizeable leap in bass performance. Hard to imagine it comes from these truly small boxes. In short, deep, punchy and clean bass. No dreaded buzzing. Small size belies its power and depth (and has a terrific WAF to boot!). We both could not be happier with this purchase.

I've had this sub for about a month now and so far I really enjoy the sound it puts out - both quality and quantity. If you have a smaller space for a sub or just don't want a huge box in your room, this is a great option.

Rock solid performance for a subwoofer that blends very easily with hi-fi components. The app makes it a breeze to integrate with my floor standing speakers, and additionally tweak crossover settings and parametric eq. The design of the speaker means virtually no vibrations from the cabinet, it's quite amazing. The white color is very understated and at it's size it can easily be invisible in most rooms.

This works perfectly for what I wanted it for. Using it in a 7.1.2 set up with a nad 778t receiver, bowers and wilkins front rears, surround and klf atmos speakers and this blends in very nice. The sub is tiny but has great power for its size. Mainly wanted it for the home theater aspect to give movies that extra rumble. Works well for music too but if you listen to rap and other very heavy bass type of music THIS IS NOT FOR YOU.

Immense improvement over the (larger) BIC America sub I was using before, in an amazingly small package, with power to spare.

I really wanted to love this sub. It was small and looks very nice as a subwoofer. Unfortunately the bass was a big let down for me. I purchased both the KEF cube 10 and the SVS micro. I wanted to keep the micro b/c of the form factor but the SVS could not come close to how the KEF performed. The KEF sounded much fuller, louder and didn't bottom out. Will be returning the SVS in the morning.

Great Subwoofer Horrible Best Buy Return Policy

The actual subwoofer is outstanding. It changed my Totem Forest speakers from great to giant killer. And the app to tune the subwoofer is very convenient as it allows you to tune from your listening position. The problem is BEST BUY’S return policy. SVS has a 45 day in home trial policy. I barely got to three weeks and got a notice it was non-returnable. This is probably a glitch and SVS would have honored, but it was bad on BB part to have a policy less than the manufacturer.

I was debating between getting a KEF KC62 sub and an SVS 3000 Micro for a small room and system. I’d been leaning toward the KEF. An open box unit happened to come available and at the price, I couldn’t not pull the trigger. I am extremely happy with the sound quality of the sub and ease of integrating it into my system. The app is a game changer for system integration. While it is far from being a true bottom dwelling sub, it significantly enhances the bookshelf speakers it is paired with.

Specifically designed for a small footprint (ideal for appts, small spaces or aesthetic boundary conditions) but huge power. Easy set up and the app makes changes so easy. Seamlessly integrated into my system within minutes.

We purchased this in the process of refreshing our home theater system. Prior sub was a 150W 12" diameter ported sub that was 20 years old with good bass extension to 30Hz but dropped quickly below that. This SVS 3000 Micro is substantially more powerful with good extension to 20Hz and a more even response. When tuning my system using REW (room analysis software), I was able to use the SVS app to tame a room resonance that the room correction software on the AVR was not. Having an easy to use equalization app for the sub is very nice. Since it's an attractive, gloss white box, it sits next to one of our white tower speakers and doesn't draw attention to itself (this is a good location for a sub in our room, both practically and acoustically). Overall very happy. It will not produce the chest thumping sub 20Hz bass a sub the size of a mini-fridge will. But it's a great way to add clean, tight bass to your system, especially if the ideal position is not in a hidden location. It provides solid bass down to 20 Hz at movie listening levels and it has shocking performance for it's size.

Such a tight little unit that pushes remarkably clear lows. It's hard to believe the small package delivers such an awesome sound, but this unit delivers.

My new subwoofer delivers fabulous deep rich sound. I opted for the SVS 3000 Micro in gloss white to use with my Bowers & Wilkin's system. This purchase offered a necessary cost savings to keep my system in budget. The B&W Subwoofer was more than twice the cost, maybe even 3x's.
