I bought the red and black from Best Buy and it works fine i love it then the story sold out and I had to order one from Amazon for my boy friend the blue and white. Long story short we returned 4 bikes with the same error message E30 and the company keep telling us they never heard of that problem before although we seen an other review with the same story the couple who purchased the black and red working just fine and the blue and white they returned 4 of them with the same error message E30. The company customer service is not very good. The bike is nice very good for me to pedal when I want to and it's helping when I cannot since I have chronic pain. The only thing I see needs improvement is when folding it up it doesn't stays folded so as you try to put it in your car is a little difficult. Need some kind of securing locks. It has the extra batteries and powerful enough to climb a very steep hill with very little pedaling. If the error message wouldn't show up on the blue and white we would be very very happy with it.

Impressed with this bike had rode a few times during the summer battery lasted about 20 miles at 17mph

This is a cool little electric bike. It’s small but for the price and how easy to store it away, it’s not bad. Great if you have to catch public transportation with it. I prefer the Swagtron bikes over their electric scooters for sure.

It took some adjusting to get it to work right but now that it does it’s a really nice bike. Brakes were off, squeaks everywhere. Looking forward to the winter actually actually ending so I can use this thing! Using just the pedals gets me to 7 mph pretty comfortably. Battery seems to get about 10 miles in mode 1 but I’m a heavier man.

Soo i saw this bike online and fought with the thought oooof ...’should I”?! Nevertheless, i did. I bought it ordered it! Jus like a lil kid i anxiously waited for it to arrive. It came 4 days ahead of schedule. I set it up, charged it up and wanted to call off work so that i could ride it when i woke up the nx day, but since I’m a responsible adult i went to work and again anxiously couldn’t wait until i got home. Even though i was tired before i got home i road her like i was 30 years younger than i am . The bike was fast and felt like an average sized bike. My main reason for purchasing the bike was because my government job is located about a mile from our parking structure. there’s a shuttle that transports employees to the office building every ten minutes but that seems to never happens within this intervals; so i bit the bullet. I love this bike. I live 5 miles from work so I jus decided to ride the bike this morning (5.24.19) I made it to work on time in within 20minutes ( traffic was moderate . Along with stop lights and no bike lanes). After work I took it on the riverfront walkway. I dude on a renta scooter came along side me and started looking at the bike and smirked and gunned it. I put my bike in 3 mode and smoked him !!!! I weigh 215lbs and I have a cargo rack attached to the seat pole. Ole boi was like dudeee that bike is the bombbbb!! I seriously thought that I had u!! That S*&T is was fast! We were quickly approaching a hill as we raced down the walkway . I laughed and asked him if he wanted race me up the hill. He declined. I took the hill like a beast with much power to spare. In conclusion, I think this is a great bike for the price. Note get an extra battery and charger because you dont wanna run out like I did a few miles from my destination its a major workout. LOL

I been using this to ride back and forth to work. About 2 miles 1/4 up hill. As long as I charge it can do 17mph for all but the hill.

Nice foldable ebike. Not super light but easy to ride and comfortable. However max range i experienced is appr 10 miles, although i rode it on mode 1 (i pedal and bike boosts my speed). Sgould be shorter if i ride on mode 2 or 3, faster or without pedalling.

The bike is nice runs great and last long there’s just one flaw and that’s the tires I would recommend some thicker tires

Incredibly fun and affordable E-Bike w removable battery. Am Having a blast so far with this Bike. I been taking it out for a spin regularly and am getting a lot of complements on it. I just wish Swagtron would sell the extra battery already so I can enjoy the bike some more on longer trips.

Used the EB-7 for one month now. The electric motor is responsive and easy to use. It’s not a real bike though : pedaling without the electric motor is almost impossible because there is no shift for the “bike only” mode (one speed only) : you can not adjust the pedaling to your speed and situation. When you turn on the electric motor, it takes over and your pedaling does almost nothing : you are “empty pedaling”. On the road, even with the electric motor on at the maximum speed (3) and “pedaling“, regular bikes will often pass me. Other than that and the limited speed (could never go beyond 18mph), it’s a small practical electric vehicle with decent autonomy for the price.

Have been using this for about 1 month then did not use it due to covid-19. Wanted to tell that this scooter is really great. Only down is when go the uphill it will show not enough power without use your legs to work.

At 6 feet 200 pounds I did not think this bike was good for me but to my surprise it exceeded my expectations.. highly customizable. 12 to 15 miles on gear 3. Just wish best buy would sell extra battery packs to travel further without recharging .you can still pedal with no power so not neccessary overall awesome bike ...

This bike sucks. It broke down after 2 days. Don't buy.

I must say this was worth every penny. We've been enjoying the ease of riding this since I bought it . It is perfect for me and I added a review mirror and a easy clip on rear light and I am all set. The front light is bright and really glad its there. Its a blast and folds up perfect for the back of my SUV, Charging is quick and we rode it a lot today, without timing it unfortunately, but it only dropped 2 bars. THRILLED

BUYER BEWARE. Was so disappointed with this purchase. Bought this bike for my nephew for christmas and we opened it christmas day and one of the handles on the bike were broken with exposed wires. It literally ruined Christmas because this is the only gift my nephew wanted. The day after christmas I brought the bike back and Best Buy helped me to send the broken bike and they shipped me a new one about a week and half later. Upon receiving the new bike we opened the box and AGAIN the bike was broken in the same spot with the same wires exposed on the handle. So upset and aggravated I AGAIN brought the broken bike back to Best Buy and the manager stated that it would probably be best to just refund my money. He stated that if was sent twice most likely it is something to do with the manufacturer or shipping. Please note these bikes are not cheap and Im not sure if it was shipping or just something with this bike model but I would be very vigilant in purchasing a Swagtron Ebike. Thank you Best Buy and Swagtron for ruining Christmas this year will NEVER purchase another expensive item like this from you again. -Very disappointed customer
