I actually love this bike. For a lower cost electric bike, it’s exactly what I wanted. The battery lasts, and it has 3 different speed levels. I also appreciate that it has the option to ride with no assist, ride with electric assist, or completely ride on cruise with no work. It was actually quite simple to put together. Although, I did get confused a tiny bit from the written instructions, but watch a couple videos online by searching the bike model, and that eased it right up!

It's a fun bike for the price, but for a few hundred dollars more I can get the more durable Super 73. However, I've used this bike in NYC, SC, and FL. It's fun for a road bike and the battery can last up to 30 miles if you use your gears, pedal assist, and throttle correctly. I just wish I bought an electric mountain bike or a fat bike. This bike can't handle handle rougher terrain, it's only designed for smooth roads. That's cool in urban areas, but not so great when you get to the more rural style areas. Especially those without sidewalks and bike paths.

Requires assembly upon arrival. For light riding I don't have to charge the battery too often. This isn't the most powerful motor, so it won't be too noticable up hills, but can still be that bit of help needed to get over the hill.

I got this last month. I have been having a blast on this thing, riding every bike trail that I can find and every street without traffic. It is powerful and seems very well made. I am 5'6'' and this bike is perfect fit for me. The fat tires on this bike makes it a lot more forgiving on loose terrain and gravel. And taking a little air out of the tires gives you a bit more shock absorption during bumps. The seat that it comes with seems decent. I really love the fact that you can take the battery off of this ebike and charge it wherever. This bike is heavy, so hauling it around can definitely be a pain.

First, The shock absorption is very good, On the uneven road, cycling can still feel very smooth; Second, The battery can last long enough. Third, Easy installation, It takes about ten minutes to install it by ourselves. Fourth, Good quality and can be folded up and put in the car easily!

I’ve never ridden an ebike in my like before, and I just had the chance to ride the ebike. So this review is based on my immediate impressions, and I can’t speak for durability. A big misconception I had about ebike were that it was similar to e-scooters, where there was an acceleration level. However, this is not the case. This bike just simply makes pedaling mush easier, and give the bike an extra oomf whenever you complete one revolution of pedaling . Very cool stuff. You can seriously get around places with minimal effort.

I have many different bikes but electric bike is my first one! I always go biking and there are many up hill. Just like today, I biked up to golden gate bridge and the electric helped me a lot going uphill and I did not have to put much energy and really enjoyed my whole biking trip! It is a really good bike and the battery is very good, the bike also have a great speed to it as well!

I purchased this bike on 8/19/19. In early September the display stopped working In mid-October I went over a curb and the front fork bent so much that the front wheel could no longer turn. Had to replace it with what my local store had in stock. In late October I had to hold the throttle at all times to use the electric assist feature because the regular pedal assist feature stopped working in November the back rack, where the battery is held, came apart on one side and I had to have it fixed. in mid-November the kickstand broke The weight-distribution of this bike makes it difficult to walk with. Now, the entire bike has stopped working. No more electric features, I have to pedal this heavy bike around because I sold my last bike to afford this one. I am asking Swagtron and Best Buy to help me out. Please send me a new bike or tell me how we could arrange a replacement because this bike was a lemon. I could not afford this purchase but made it anyway because I needed a way to get to work. I was riding a regular bike previously and it was causing me to have knee pain. I sold that bike to afford this one and now I have no other choice but to pedal this to work as I can't afford a car right now. I can't return this bike because then I would have no way of getting to work.
