We saw our friends’ 2 year old playing with this hoverboard so well and decided to get one for our kids. We are happy with this purchase. The battery lasts a long time and we love the Bluetooth function so we can play some music. The self balancing feature is great. It’s very sturdy and you can see it’s well made. My 5 year old picked it up by the second day! Now he is the best in the family. Lol

I made a 10-year-old gift for my child. I bought it very well. He chose this color by himself. This one also has lights. It's very good to play outside at night. At first, he was not very proficient. After playing for more than ten minutes, he was very proficient, which was smoother than what we adults played. The children watched him play and had a great time.

We wait for 2 weeks to get this hoverboard, the first came with a broken wheel side plastic because of the transit I think, and I chat with Bestbuy, I get a replacement .A week later the replacement came, this one is in perfect condition. Hoverboard need charge 4 hours to make it fully charged according to the instructions , so just do what the book said, it is not so good to make the battery overcharged , With the sound and light effects this hoverboard is more fun to ride.My littles really enjoyed when ride it. We have a very thick carpet , this hoverboard works on it totally fine. I am happy with it.

My son was so excited to get a hoverboard for his birthday this year. He has been riding it on a daily basis for a few weeks now. He loves it. This hoverboard self-balancing feature works great for when getting on and off of the board. The navigation was very steady and easy. My son was able to maneuver inside the house even in some tight corner. It’s a lightweight product comparing with other brand and older model. The battery life last close around 8 miles as what the spec. stated. There is a built in speak and the bass is very decent. The LED flashing pattern looks so cool around the board and also sound responsive on the ground LED. The Swagtron App is very user friendly and connected with Bluetooth easily. The overall riding experience is very smooth and it’s easy to maneuver the hoverboard. It is a well built product. We are very pleased with this purchase.

i was first time shopping online with best buy coz COVID. Very fast delivery. This was wonderful and amazing gift for my son’s birthday, he loved it! Good quality and perfect size. The lights was amazing and fancy. Very sturdy and nice. The price was fair. So far my son love it I do recommend!

Happy with the purchase. It holds the charge very well. My kid started riding it right away. The only downside is the Bluetooth speakers which isn’t great while you ride.

Its sturdy built well lights are bright and it has Bluetooth so you can listen to music as you ride.

I bought this hoverboard for my sons. They expected a hoverboard for a long time. This one is very amazing. The battery can last long and the design is very great. The colorful lights looks very nice. They like it and play it after school every day. It is very sturdy and good for playing outside. It is great item to have.

Biggest waste of money. Bought as a Christmas gift. My son rode 3 times inside. Then weather got nice last week and we charged up- seemed like it was charged and as soon as we unplugged- it wouldn’t turn on. Contacted SWAGTRON and they said it is out of warranty and I could pay them to fix after I pay to ship to them. Worst warranty and service I have dealt with. Don’t buy this- save your money

I bought this for my 8 years old son, he is very happy to receive this big gift. When I charging it, I tried the Bluetooth connection, it connects quick. I practiced to play on it with my son.

My son loves it and plays it almost every day. Seems well made and reasonably priced. It is easy to use and charges in a few hours. This hover board works good on most flat surfaces. Love the color and stealthy lights.

Unfortunately, this hoverboard stopped working the day after Christmas. BestBuy made the return easy and I will find a different model for my daughter.

Product stopped working in less than a year. Not sure what the problem is

Extremely disappointed. It was Christmas present, and it is not working at all , not able to charge it. I purchased 2 boards for my 2 grandsons. 2nd one was still working this morning and now it’s beeps and doesn’t stop. So both boards are defected. Christmas morning had been sad.
