Sadly, I got this as a gift and almost immediately I noticed the rear wheel must have been slightly out of alignment because I felt the brake rubbing on it as it revolved. Obviously this will drain a battery quicker and not allow you to truly reach max speed (if that suits you). I kept it anyway since it worked and I had the 2 year warranty. But then it got worse. I used it in NYC and it didn't take bumps well at all...I found I had to constantly brace myself for rough road conditions. When I finally resolved to turn it in for a replacement, COVID hit so I was less than eager to go out. I finally returned it but Best Buy no longer sells these (or I would have swapped) so I was refunded the cost.

This scooter was faster then I even expected for the price you can’t go wrong buying this . Has cup holder , bell and brite lights for night time riding. Folds up easy and is lightweight .

Rode for a few months, approximately 2 miles per day, Monday - Friday. Tire went flat. Tried to get repaired. Options:
1. Send back to manufacturer for a fee and it’ll take 5-20 business days to fix
2. Get a new scooter
Swagtron has awful customer service and BBYs is even worse. I’m an elite member and have spent over $7k at BBY in the last year and they literally offered to do nothing because it’s outside the window. Sorry my expectation is that a product lasts more than five months.

It is a good size and weight but at the moment of truth it is very slow and at no time do I deliver the speed that the manufacturer says. If you find yourself on a 10 degree climb, you will have to help yourself with your feet to be able to climb

When you break it still travels a bit of distance before it completely stops, It rides well and speed on these depends on the person's weight. The bigger you are the slower you go

I did some looking up to find a good scooter to use...I thought my first one I got was defective because it was very slow and the tires were wobbly after filling g them up and tightening all the bolts I could.
I exchanged for a new one and I am having similar problems.
I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone wanting a scooter to go over 8 mph for paying this much.

I love this scooter. I am plus size and it goes fast. The downside is no manual nor phone mount so I am glad it wasn’t a product I had to fully put together. The way it came makes me think it’s used or refurbished. Package looked retapped and missing products. After it chargers I rode it while my 9 year old rode hers and we had fun. Just what we needed to take with us on road trips!

I used this scooter for my daily NYC commute for a few months, until I started having problems. It started making weird noises and I noticed the brake was bent. I brought it back to the store and was informed there was nothing they could do. I was given a refund.

First issue, I've purchased a few of these scooters and they all have the same issue right out of the box , tires will not hold air by any means and the claimed speed and mileage are not true nor accurate. The protection plan was a waste of money and Best Buy nor the manufacturer are of any help or assistance in resolving any issues with these lemons. Bad purchase.

I returned this item twice for a replacement because of issues with the product. Both times it had to do with the tires. Fist time I got it and my son didn't even get to use it once, the tire wouldn't hold air. Mind you my son is not overweight and way under the weight limit. My husband tried to see if he could get a tube or anything to fix the tire himself and found out you are not able to. We had to return. Got a new one and after 2 uses the same thing happened. NOT worth the money or hassle.

Junk. The rear tire failed within the first month. I had to pay to ship it back to the manufacturer for repair. It took a month (pre-COVID) to get it back and it has never worked the same. I can walk faster than I can ride this scooter. Terrible rude customer service too.

I couldn’t use the product for about two months because it was missing the handle bars and the charger. I contacted customer service and they sent the handle bars but no charger. So I had to contact them again and I never received a charger. Because they never sent a charger I had to go purchase a charger on my own from a different site. After all of this I discover the front tire is flat. They should’ve just made the tire the same material as the rear tire which doesn’t need to be inflated. This whole process was very nerve wrecking. Now that I got all the pieces two months later, the max speed for me is only about 10mph on flat terrain and 13 mph going downhill. So don’t believe the 18mph advertisement. Would not recommend.
