You need experience and be fit to ride. Don't count on it going over a curb or Thru Rocks on what ever surface you are on. Takes skill and balance to ride as transportation device. It's more of a fun toy. Battery lasted for about 40 minutes.

Had three All quit working in 3 to 4 days

Return to store for a new one same thing happened within about 4 days. Then I exchanged that one for the t1 same thing happened called the company all they offered was to go through the re-calibration process which did nothing. All three had same problem they work fine for 3-4 days then lights would start flashing even though they were fully charged. There is some major defect in this product I would expect a huge recall.

I good Hoover board

So, we had to take it back, Best Buy didn't hassle us at all and exchanged it. The new one works great, my 15 year rides it down the street and there is a small hill and it has no problem coming back up the hill.

Too expensive

Now the newest one is having problems with the power button and is not working properly anymore. Wouldn't buy another one.

Stopped working after 4 days!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this for one of my daughter's for Christmas and on day 4 (today) it stopped turning on. The battery is fully charged, but when you push the power button it beeps once and shuts off. I am going to bring it back to exchange it tomorrow. I'll update this review if the new one works longer. I pray I don't have to fight to get it exchanged...

Disappointed

After the third charge it wouldn't power on, unless the power cord was plugged in, contacted customer service for swagtron, another disappointment. Seems that they quit answering their phones during regular business hours, from a large mass of disappointed customers. Had to just send an email and wait three days for a automatically generated reply. Bestbuy however gets five stars, no complaints about my return!!! I had heard good things about swagtron, but I'm staying away from that company, at least for the near future!!

Body could be better
