The cameras don’t work with two way talk no more and rarely even used that , only wants to record when it wants too or doesn’t pick it up when it’s supposed to On the dvr system can’t even go back on a date and recheck cause it just shows a black screen seriously do not recommended now worth the price

For the Price entry point of this system, I can’t complain about quality. Only thing I would like added to this system is the ability to zoom in on any of the cameras from a monitor. Other than that, great system for basic home security.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't waste your time and money. The set up was very easy. However when it's all set up. The cameras lose feed. When you open the app to playback the cameras lose feed. I called technical support they told me it's because of a wall. Yet both cameras show full strength signal. Connected it to our home network like suggested. That did not work either. Cameras record and pick up when they want.

Based on the context provided, you were informed that the local obstruction can be contributing to the issues you are having. We would recommend using a Wi-Fi extender to help improve your experience when connecting wirelessly. It is not common that you have the same issue when connected both wireless and wired. We will have our development team test a few units to ensure this is not a reoccurring problem.

Good picture is the only worthwhile feature

No zoom in live view or search or playback. USB port in hard to reach back panel. Cannot back up to USB hard drive. Goose neck mount low strength design. Screw pattern does not match competitive systems. Pair switch on flimsy pig tail. Must squint at and use phone for some settings when you are in front of the system with 30 inch monitor. No outdoor PTZ camera available. Swann will not advise camera protocol for buying a competitive outdoor PTZ. Resetting some adjustments reverts all back to default. Very poor email and phone support.
