This is my second ebike. The assembly wasn't that difficult. The instructions were relatively clear but watching the assembly video, for some reason is not easy to find on YouTube, did help out a lot. The real problem I have with the bike is the pedal assist feature. It only has three levels. Level one is relatively moderate and a person can get accustomed to it pretty quickly. Level two is practically "bat out of hell" fast. Level 3...please. This bike is actually a class 3. In the instructions, it explains how you can change from class to the class 3. This bike needs four to five pedal assist levels you have to pedal it about two revolutions before the motor kicks in. That pedal assist leveling almost made me return it in spite of the 15% restocking fee. It is that jarring. And since this has cadence sensing, you scurrying your feet as if you're in a cartoon if you wish to go 28 mph. It's ridiculous as well as comedic. Overall, the bike is very nice. This is full suspension so you can slap on a decent seat and ride with comfort. The battery life is not that bad and you can truly feel that it has a 750 watt motor. It does have a very good throttle. The bike has overall grown on me and my friends who rides it. Brakes needs adjustment as soon as you assemble it. Side note. In spite of what you see on Best buy's website as of October 5th 2023, you cannot buy an extended warranty on e-bikes. Your total tech won't even cover it as well. If you don't believe me, try to order the bike and see if he gives the option for extended warranty. Or even call Best buy and ask if it's covered under total tech. It's worrisome when a company who constantly pushes extended warranties on individuals now chooses not to warranty ebikes it sells.

I assembled the bike. Everything looked good. Then I plugged it in and the charger LED did not light up. The battery also was not charging. I emailed SWFT support and they told me I need to wait 6-8 weeks for a replacement charger. And, I don't even know if a replacement charger will work because the battery could be DOA too. Meanwhile, my return window with Best Buy will close before I get a replacement charger. And, local best buy replacement is not possible (out of stock within a thousand miles of me) So basically I am in the worst position possible. Do I keep the bike at all? Probably not, but it was a gift!! Ugh.

The company does not appear to have any customer services. They do not answer calls or reply to emails or inquiries on their website if you need any help.
