Not a great first user experience with a hover board. First off, yes the tires needed air, and good luck finding a way of getting them inflated. Took 3 bike shops and one auto parts stop until my last stop bike shop had the right compressor to access the valve stem. Would have been more frustrating if this were a Xmas present for a kid. Once I got the tires inflated it seems to work well, except it can be difficult to control because each wheel is independently controlled by foot pressure on the foot pads. At higher speeds they don’t always seem to register correctly and it can start swerving and throw you off. Then is starts spinning on it’s own and gets crazy and flips itself and scuffs up the fenders. Battery has been good, made a 2.5 mile trip from the car dealership with no issues. Works best on smooth, flat, even pavement. If you find pavement uneven it can grab one of the wheels and off you go. It struggles with inclines and roads that are not flat and even. It does take practice but there are some quality issues that might affect the user experience. I’ve been on Segways and they are a much better designed and easier to control in urban areas. This was my first attempt at owning one to keep in the car for situations like dropping my car off for service. Not sure I will keep it.

This was purchased for my child’s birthday. Upon taking it out of the box I could hear a rattling noise inside like a screw was loose. After charging it, I went to unplug the charger and the whole charging port pulled out from inside the hoverboard (thus the loose screw noise). It turned on but only one tire turns so it’s very defective.

First of all, the quality of this hoverbaord is so cheap. Not recommended to use for 5 years and below. Very importantly, the tires are flat, you will need a miracle to inflate them. Hard to reach. So, if you want to keep it, you will need at least tools to unscrew the hoverboard so you can put some air on it. So avoid this headache. DO NOT PURCHASE

The 1st hoverboard I received in the mail lasted only a few days then the tires went flat. The battery also got really warm when charging it. I contacted Best Buy and they me return it (BTW they had excellent customer service). I mailed the hoverboard back and received a 2nd board. My teenage boys love it! I had big wheels, neat lights, and even has bluetooth.

I bought it for my daughter she loves it.No problem so farI will definitely recommend it,the only thing I don’t like is the coverage is too much other than that so far it’s great.From the feedback I just read I hope I won’t have any problem when something happened to the hoover board.As soon long that my daughter is happy,I am happy

Great Hoverboard. The kids enjoyed it very much. The built-in bluetooth speaker and lights were an added. bonus.

Very sturdy and handles rough terrain well. Tires came almost flat and kinda tricky to pump due to where they hid pump inlets why those are inside baffles me but overall a great and fast product. Speakers are not so great though. Will recommend.

Kids used it for a couple of years and it still works— the lights broke after some time but hey it’s been a rough use. It could be guarded better maybe. One thing is frustrating though: you cannot inflate the tires with a regular pump. The pressure valve is placed at the worst spot. Terrible engineering on that one

tires came flat-also actually they make it harder then it needs to be to fill them. Fun to cruise around on though and works well once the tires were filled with air. speaker is loud enough but sounds like garbage kind of.

This was a very fun toy. But I definitely think it belongs to younger people. I'm 50 and wanted to try it and was able to write it but didn't feel exactly safe riding around the neighborhood.

Awesome hoverboard, everyone that has tried it loves it. The battery does not last 8 miles but still it's pretty good. Does not show in description but it does have Bluetooth and color lights.

Awesome little hoverboard. Excellent for a younger child due to the fact that it isn’t as fast as some. The led lights and Bluetooth speaker ale it even better!!!

Really wanted to love this item. Bought it in the middle of winter on deal of the day. Finally got it charged last week and took it out for a spin after following setup instructions. Pretty sure we got a defective unit as it continues to recalibrate every 20 feet after about 2 minutes of initial riding. When it recalibrates the wheels spin abruptly and throw you from the unit. So on top of not being safe at all, $200 down the drain and of course bc I bought it in winter time to get the deal, I can’t return it as defective and get a new one. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I need to get it fixed but it’s not bad I like it so
