It’s a fun ride. Definitely doesn’t hit the claimed mileage per charge and power drastically drops when half full. Not a good bike to pedal. Not an awful purchase, not great either.

I love this e bike, the battery last long and it goes fast enough for me.

Great Bike overall the only problem is the speed I wish it was faster. And I don’t know how to make it faster

The cheapest In price for the style on the market, I definitely do not regret it. It was an easy set up and use it everyday.

I love this thing. I think I already reviewed but still love it. I put fenders on mine so I can ride in the rain. I used a other fenders and drilled holes where I needed. Going on 20 months gonna have to get brake pads soon. Battery still strong. Regular bike maintenance tighten screws etc.

There are many flaws with a bike that is 1300 bucks. Let’s first start w| security. You don’t need a bike key to start the bike. So that means if someone gets away with ur bike then all they have to do is get a charger and boom they have a bike! Then let’s go into bells and whistles. I went on the site and I couldn’t find an accessories for the bike so I have no idea how to add a bike rack to the rear. Which mean I couldn’t go grocery shopping or carry extra things on my bike. There is no bell, alarm nothing so if you are going 20mph you can’t let anyone know ur coming. Finally if I’m not mistaken it’s not water resistant like huh?!? Those where my main reason I returned it. I had an e-pioneer bike that came with all that and more and way cheaper. The good parts of the bike it is really fast. It looks really nice ppl complemented me on it all the time. It was pretty comfortable. &+ super easy to put together! All in all you can get it but I personally would get a different bike.

This bike was delivered to me Thursday at 7 pm. Next day “Friday” I assembled it and charged the battery till the light on the charger turned from red to green, took about 4 hours. Then placed battery on housing that’s on the frame. Bike was unresponsive, battery indicator light didn’t work, nothing worked. Same day I called Best Buy around 8 or 9 pm, representative gave me a new date when they will deliver new and pick up old zip bike,December 6 from 7am to 7pm. The only problem was that I didn’t receive any email with confirmation of appointment so I called Best Buy again next day. This time they told me that there is no exchange appointment scheduled and didn’t believe me that I was taking to anyone. This tells me that person that I spoke on Friday was ready to finish his shift and only tell me anything to get off the phone and go home. Now I have to pay $75 restock fee and maybe they can send me another one. Good luck guys with your e-bike

They are so much fun. Got me back on a bike after 20 years.

We wanted this style of e-bike and it did not disappoint. We have used them multiple times for several miles and have not run the battery out. We do charge them after each long ride. You can also choose not to use pedal assist and simply use the throttle as needed for an extra boost.

Love this bike . Sad because they stole it from me . I want another one hopefully one day soon . I recommend this bike just get a good lock for it !!
