CALL THE CSR LINE TO SET UP, JUST IN CASE OF T-MOBILE BACKEND WEB SERVER ISSUES. Easy Installation in my Moto G Stylus, only 4 Stars cause of issues setting it up on their website because of problem with their back-end server crashed. Called Customer Service at T-Mobile Prepaid, first rep was cold, bad at his job, asked for supervisor & put on hold for about 30 minutes when I hung up. I called back and got a different, friendly CSR who explained why my SIM card was locked for two hours. He was helpful answering my questions, and recommend I call back in 2 hours to have them set it up which I did. The Third Rep I got, a woman (wish I wrote down her name) was super friendly and helpful, got me set up in under 10 minutes. I use to have TMobile a while back. Now back with them and this plan is the best yet! 10GB and unlimited everything else. Excellent for only$40 per month! That's only $2 more than what I was paying with Total Wireless with only 5GB data. See the big difference and gain!!

Bought a new phone and changed carriers. Saw this product online at Best Buy and was cheaper than going to Tmobile store. Product was easy to use and setup was easy at home. Great value!

This is the best value sim card for your bucks. Good service , easy to setup. Just follow the steps correctly mentioned in the product. I incorrectly tried activating through the TMobile activate link and had to wait 24 hours to get it corrected.

Service is really good in my area in Ohio. Activation was a pain . I had to keep trying every two hrs to activate it ,porting was a nightmare but I'm happy it could be done because years ago they could not port numbers from my area.

A great product. This was a great bargain the minutes came with the SIM card it was very easy to install and cheaper to buy in this kit. Works great in the area I'm in gets great service.

I bought a SIM card that had no been opened but it had already been in use. I had to contact the t mobile service and they sent out a new SIM card.

Bought this SIM card due to failure of Verizon network stopped working on my brand new phone. So I needed a fast replacement and T-Mobile was one of the few offering a new SIM with a low cost Pre-Paid plan IN THE STORE ready for immediate connection. Boy was I thrilled how easy it was to hook up my old phone. AND T-Mobile lowest monthly pre-paid is only $15. So affordable, I plan to keep it as an emergency back-up phone. Thank you BEST BUY for having it available IN STORE. You saved me!!

Bought this for my parents when they visit the country. Quick setup and the data works seamlessly when we travel through out the country. Highly recommend

i needed to dump a toxic relationship so i grabbed a new sim. only the default plan is selectable during set up, make sure you complete the whole process in one go or your sim card will be locked out for 2 hours. after you complete activation you can upgrade to higher tier plans. calling and texting to canada and mexico is not included with any prepaid plans, it is a $15 add-on. awful. use data based apps to call and message. this is included with att prepaid if you are wondering. you can not add a credit card to set up auto pay or make payments while in chrome browser. says card is invalid. i had to use microsoft edge. the main advantage with t-mobile is wifi calling which att prepaid does not have.

Great deal for activating new prepaid service as I only paid $40 for this which includes both a new SIM and $50 in T-Mobile service credit in the form of a code that you enter. You also do not have to sign up for their $50 10GB monthly plan, as I activated it myself online and applied the included credit toward their 5GB $25 mo. plan instead. In the end it would have cost $60 total including the new SIM online through T-Mobile, so this was a nice savings.

need some help from T-Mobile to activate this sim card. But easy and simple set up. This sim card work fine in our new iPhone.

Product was easy to find and worked well with my phone. But waited 25 mins just to get it set up on my device when calling the T-mobile activation line and was hard trying to do it on the internet. But over worked out great in the end.

I love the Tmobile prepaid service.You really don’t have to stay with the $40 plan you and after the first month you can change it .For the next billing cycle I changed it to the $15 dollar Tmobile connect plan.I did have an issue with activation of the SIM card ,but after calling the Tmobile prepaid account creation department.For the second time was able to activate the SIM card.

Activation code provided was rejected by online and automated activation service. After calling 4 different T-Mobile lines and a 45-minute hold, I finally got through to have the sim card activated only to not have the $50 credit added. I went to the T-Mobile store and even the store manager could not convince corporate support to credit the account despite my proof of paying $50 and taxes to Best Buy. After 3 hours of bad luck, my local Best Buy did the right thing and returned/refunded the card. I went right back to the T-Mobile store and got a working sim card with the same 10gb plan for $10 less.

Sim + code inside. Can be used as refill. Activate sim online with preferred plan then add on code. Used going from postpaid to prepaid.
